I know this is about her drug addiction and having to get help but it is relatable to those of us that suffer from depression/anxiety. It reminds me of my late father and his struggles with Bipolar disorder and having to go away several times for help.

Ive been a Stevie Freak since the mid-70s(when she first became famous) The live version of Rhiannon on Midnight Special- Blew me away!!!!! (I was 15).I love every phase of Stevie's legendary career' but the Rumours & Belladonna eras were my favorite ('77 & '81). Its impossible to pick a favorite song but Battle of the Dragon is way up there!! It was suppose to be on Belladonna but was on the Heavy Metal soundtrack instead(I believe).Its on Enchanted too. Stevie harmonizing with Stevie! THE BEST

They both have a haunting romantic darkness at times that would have been amazing to see them explore musically. Type-0-Negative is my favorite after Hendrix, Sabbath, Grand Funk Railroad, and about tied with Zappa, Steppenwolf, and Alice Cooper.
However, I don't actually love them, but I do love Stevie Nick's!
I'm surprised someone else besides me can see the connection between them, because, as you said, Stevie Nick's fans have no clue who Type-O-Negative is, and Type-O fans are not into softer hippy like rock of Fleetwood Mac, or even Stevie's hard edged stuff like Seventeen, Sister's of the Moon, Juliet, and Doing the Best That I Can.
It's nice to know someone else likes the idea of Stevie and Peter singing together..
