Calling Tunisia "truly democratic" is quite bold. It disregards the autocratization process that President Saied has successfully launched since 2021, which basically destroyed the seeds of democracy planted in 2011.

Tunisia is not "truly democratic"; the highest form of democracy with a Muslim majority is Kosovo, and the second is Indonesia.
