The people of Palestine are caught in the crosshairs of the only significant religious system in the history of the human race with a sociopolitical structure of laws that mandate violence against the infidel. While much has been made about the state of Israel and the several shades of Zionism that play a role in its complicated history, it is impossible to accurately assess the Israeli-Palestinian conflict without understanding the most important factor of them all-Islam.
While there are people of other faiths (such as Christians) that live in the land called Palestine-I have close, personal friends among them-the majority of the people occupying this territory are Muslims and all of the citizens are led by Hamas, a militant Islamic organization with connections throughout the Islamic world that undoubtedly and unabashedly desire the destruction of all Jews along with the death of America and ultimately the West. This cannot be overstated and any intentions of a peaceful resolution to this conflict are in direct contradiction with the ideology of Islam-most notably Jihad against the infidel.
Make no mistake-in a time of civilizational crisis-Islam is at the heart of this clash of civilizations.
In times like these, where honest information is in short supply, it is imperative that lean on the counsel of experts in our pursuit of discernment, which is precisely why Hank Hanegraaff, the host of the 𝘉𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘈𝘯𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘔𝘢𝘯 broadcast and the 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘜𝘯𝘱𝘭𝘶𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘥 podcast, is joined by Robert Spencer one of the, one of the world's leading experts on Islam, on this episode of the 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘜𝘯𝘱𝘭𝘶𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘥 podcast to discuss what he deems “The Palestinian Delusion.”
Topics discussed include: Why is it so difficult to discuss Islam without being labeled hateful, bigoted or Islamophobic? (12:22); how and when did Islam begin to call for religiously mandated warfare? (14:56); what is meant by the protest chant, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”? (19:38); how important is the Levant? (21:48); is Islam anti-Semitic and anti-Christian? (24:55); the end of the world according to Islam (27:53); “welcoming the stranger” and the emphasis on hospitality in Islam (34:26); is there any real hope for a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine? (40:28); the history of the Palestinian flag and nationality (44:29); the history of the Arab-Israeli Peace Process and the Camp David Accords (52:21); “the right of conquest” has been recognized throughout history (1:01:11); the dangers of Christian Zionism and the influence of John Hagee (1:07:03); understanding the PLO, Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood (1:15:52); Obama vs. Israel (1:23:50); why did Obama and the subsequent Biden administration go so soft on Iran? (1:29:21); why have we seen a surge in support for Palestine? (1:32:53); the rise of anti-Semitism since October 7th (1:35:18); is there a solution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict? (1:37:17); why was Robert Spencer fired in 2011? (1:40:01); Robert Spencer’s upcoming book Muhammad: A Critical Biography (1:45:10).

New Covenant Whole Gospel: How many modern Christians cannot honestly answer the questions below?
Who is the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Who is the “son” that is the “heir” to the land in Matthew 21:37-43? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary?
What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary.
God is not now a “racist”. He has extended His love to all races of people through the New Covenant fulfilled by His Son’s blood at Calvary. The Apostle Paul warned against using “genealogies” in our faith in 1 Tim. 1:4, and Titus 3:9.
      ===
Who bombed the King David Hotel during 1946? Newspapers around the world labeled the attack as an act of "terrorism". The papers also reported 17 of those killed that day were Jews. How was the man who planned the bombing (Menachem Begin) punished for the murder of 91 people?
The following quote is from the July 7th, 2024, edition of the Israeli newspaper Haaretz.
"IDF Ordered Hannibal Directive on October 7 to Prevent Hamas Taking Soldiers Captive
'There was crazy hysteria, and decisions started being made without verified information': Documents and testimonies obtained by Haaretz reveal the Hannibal operational order, which directs the use of force to prevent soldiers being taken into captivity, was employed at three army facilities infiltrated by Hamas, potentially endangering civilians as well"
      ===
Go to Gaza City and spend some time with our Christian Brothers and Sisters in Christ, if you want to understand what it means to be threatened. Why were two unarmed Christian women shot by Israeli snipers while going to the toilet at their church in Gaza? Why were Christians killed while they were taking shelter at their 800-year-old church in Gaza City, when an IDF bomb hit beside their church? How many of their homes have been turned to rubble? How would you feel if armed drones were constantly flying overhead, while you are without food? Why was Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu-Akieh shot by the IDF before October 7th? These people were not killed by Hamas. Why have these people been ignored by most Christians in the U.S.? Are the Christians being killed in Gaza “Semites”? Read Matthew 25:31-46.

If the fact that Jews are indigenous to the land and that there has been a continued Jewish presence in the land of Israel throughout the past >3000 years is not enough of a reason for you to have Israel exist, how about this-
Fifty-one member countries - the entire League of Nations - adopted the British Mandate for Palestine and unanimously declared on 24 July 1922: “Whereas recognition has been given to the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country.”
Two key legal points in the above statement which re-establishes the Jewish people as the indigenous people of Palestine, and shatters the “Zionists are Colonialists” fallacy:
1. It recognizes that the “historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine” is a pre-existing right (“grounds for“), not a newly-granted right.
2. It calls for “reconstituting” their national home, not building a new national home from scratch.
If Pakistan has a right to exist, so does Israel. Especially since-
There are 193 countries in the world: 67 Roman Catholic dominant countries, 49 Muslim majority countries, 49 Protestant dominant countries, 14 Eastern Orthodox majority countries, 3 Hindu majority countries. The Arab League consists of 22 Arab member countries in the Middle East and North Africa: Algeria, Bahrain, the Comoros Islands, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. The total population in the Arab member countries is 481 Million within 5.08 million square miles of land.
Jews have been persecuted and forcefully deported, in essence ethnically cleansed, from each and every one of these Arab countries and now they want to take away the one and only Jewish state-Israel. The Jewish population in Israel is 7.2 million within 0.00855 square miles of land [about 290 miles (470 km.) in length and 85 miles (135 km.) in width at its widest point].
This war is not about land-it’s about annihilating the Jews. Period.
Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) was founded in 1964. It sought to establish an Arab state over the entire territory of former Mandatory Palestine, advocating the elimination of the State of Israel. This “Palestinian Revolution” borrowed a colonial entity as their national identity! To reiterate, “Palestinian” was never a Muslim Arab nationality: Ahmad al-Shukeiri, the first Chairman of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, serving from 1964 to 1967, stated, “It is common knowledge that Palestine is nothing but southern Syria.” Ideologically an Arab nationalist and a socialist, Yasser Arafat was a founding member of the Fatah political party, which he led from 1959 until 2004. Arafat was Chairman of the PLO from 1969 to 2004 and President of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) from 1994 to 2004. The headdress had no special meaning until Arafat draped it to approximate the shape of mandatory Palestine. Then it became an emblem of Palestinian identity. Arabs from the territory of Palestine thought of themselves as members of an all-embracing Arab nation. It was Arafat who made the intellectual leap to a definition of the Palestinians as a distinct people: He articulated the cause, organized for it, fought for it and brought it to the world's attention as no Kurd or Basque had ever managed.
Mohsen himself declared the “Palestinian People” to be a propaganda invention. He stated that there were "no differences between Arab ‘Palestinians’ and Jordanians, Syrians, and Lebanese,” though Palestinian identity would be emphasized for political reasons. In a March 1977 interview with the Dutch newspaper Trouw he stated that "between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese there are no differences. We are all part of one people, the Arab nation [...] Just for political reasons we carefully underwrite our Palestinian identity. Because it is of national interest for the Arabs to advocate the existence of Palestinians to balance Zionism. Yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity exists only for tactical reasons,” representing the Ba'athist perceptive regarding the question of Palestine.

Here is were we part ways. What someone else believes, even if their beliefs desire our own destruction, doesn't justify their destruction by our hands. Our Lord could have called destruction down upon the Romans in order to save him from the cross. Instead he forgave them for their ignorance and submitted Himself to the cross willingly. Eventually after centuries, returning love for hate, the Roman Empire was Christianized.

No he couldn't of because then he would be acting against his will!
There was a reason Jesus to satan when tested said "man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from God".
God can no more break his own law than we can resurrect ourselves.
I agree that there is something more nefarious going on here, because our Governments are part of the beast system, yet the fact remains that the Palestinians as a whole are no different than the KNOTZZ after world war 2!
The west along with her allies struck down Germany with total and complete force...
As much destruction as Hiroshima and Nagasaki...
The Palestinians had beautiful land, some of the most beautiful beaches in all of the middle east and they stole all of the billions of dollars we've sent to then and used that aid to build underground bunkers for HAMAS and those who teach their children to hate all Jewish people.

The concept of *Just War*, adopted by many within Christian tradition, has often been used to justify violence throughout history, leading to conflicts such as the Crusades, colonial conquests, and even modern wars. This pseudo-Christian interpretation of war, which contrasts with Jesus' teachings on peace and love, has contributed to a long history of violence carried out in the name of faith.
In comparison, while Islam has had its share of violent episodes, such as conquests and internal conflicts, much of its history has been marked by periods of coexistence and tolerance, particularly during the early caliphates and within multicultural empires like the Ottoman and Mughal. The violence often associated with Islam today is largely a product of geopolitical factors rather than inherent religious doctrines. In this sense, pseudo-Christian just war ideology has arguably had a longer and more sustained history of violence than Islam.

If American immigrants were faced with the prospect of giving back their land to Native Americans, the reaction would likely be complex and deeply emotional. Many would struggle with the idea of relinquishing property, homes, and communities that have been built over generations. There would be feelings of loss, confusion, and perhaps even resistance, as many view their claims to the land as deeply rooted in personal and national history.
This scenario mirrors what Palestinians faced when Zionists claimed land in what became Israel. For Palestinians, it meant displacement, loss of homes, and a dramatic shift in their way of life. Similarly, if American immigrants were asked to return land to Native peoples, it would likely ignite debates over justice, history, and rights-challenging the long-standing narratives of land ownership and identity in America.
The situation would expose difficult truths about colonization, historical injustices, and the complex process of reconciliation, much like the ongoing tensions in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Just as Palestinians' displacement continues to be a deeply sensitive and unresolved issue, a similar scenario in the U.S. would bring to the surface unresolved issues of Native American land rights and historical wrongs.

@@maisoonafaneh7831 The Jews were in so-called "Palestine" (a word invented by the Romans) long before anyone ever heard about Islam or "Muslims". Hitler was not a Christian. He was totally irreligious and had nothing but contempt for Christianity, calling it "a Jewish Swindle" in his Table Talk. His book Mein Kampf ("My Jihad") is widely reproduced and believed in the Islamic world, which says a lot about the Islamic world. The Koran has a lot to say about "the children of Israel" (i.e. the Jews) as in such verses as 2: 45,46,47, 48, 49, 209, 210, 211; 3:47, 48, 49, 50, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95; 5:10, 11, 12, 13, 31, 32, 33., 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, as well as in many more verses in Suras 17, 26, 32, 43, 45 etc., etc. The Koran has NOTHING to say about Muslim "Palestinians" or any "children of Palestine" AT ALL. So, either "the children of Israel" (the Jews) were there before the "Palestinians", because the "Palestinians" as a victim group had not yet been invented yet, or the Koran is in gross error. The Koran talks in Sura 5 about the followers of Moses (the Jews) entering "the holy land" and conquering it. They conquered this land (now called "Palestine") because according to Sura 5 they were following Allah and the occupiers whom they conquered were the pagans (Canaanites). So this means that the people of "Palestine" who were there before the Jews conquered it were pagan Canaanites, which in turn means that the Jews were there long before "Palestinian" Muslims, which in turn means that the Jews are the indigenous people of that land according to the testimony of the Koran itself. The term "Palestinian" as used to refer exclusively to Muslim Arabs in the region began in 1964, as a propaganda exercise hatched by the KGB in cahoots with an Egyptian Muslim by the name of Yassir Arafat.

Hank, there was peaceful coexistence between Muslims and Christians before the Crusades, particularly under early Islamic rule. Christians living under Muslim governments were allowed to practice their faith, albeit with some restrictions. In regions like Al-Andalus, Muslims, Christians, and Jews engaged in cultural and intellectual exchange, leading to advancements in various fields and fostering relative tolerance.
The Crusades marked a significant departure from this. These military campaigns, launched by European Christians to reclaim the Holy Land, introduced widespread violence and hostility. The Crusades were antichrist because they contradicted the teachings of Jesus, who advocated for love, peace, and turning the other cheek, rather than waging war in His name. The violence and bloodshed of the Crusades distorted the true message of Christ and left a legacy of division and distrust between Muslims and Christians.

In 135 CE, the Romans crushed the revolt of Shimon Bar Kokhba, during which Jerusalem and Judea were conquered, and the area of Judea was renamed “Palaestina” by Roman Emperor Hadrian in an attempt to minimize Jewish identification with the land of Israel. “Palaestina” referred to the Philistines, whose home base had been on the Mediterranean coast (as mentioned in the previous paragraph).
SO, ACTUALLY, THE JEWISH ISRAELIS ARE THE OG PALESTINIANS. AND, BY YOUR OWN LOGIC, MUSLIM ARABS ARE THE COLONIZERS AND SHOULD, AS YOU CHANT, “FROM THE RIVER TO THE SEA” BE DRIVEN OUT OF THE LAND. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO “RESTORE PALESTINE TO THE PALESTINIANS”-GIVE IT BACK TO THE JEWS.
Anwar Nusseibeh explained how Arabs in Palestine saw themselves as pan-Arabists who were part of Syria. They did not have any notion of an independent “Palestinian people” and no separate identity beyond pan-Arabism. Again, before the San Remo conference there did not exist a single Arab independent nation state. All 22 Arab states that exist today, as part of the Arab League, became nation states either as a direct result of the San Remo conference, or much later. Therefore, the legitimacy of Israel as a Jewish state is exactly equal or greater to the legitimacy of any of the Arab nation states.
Muslim Arabs of Palestine viewed themselves as Syrian and as pan-Arabs. They had no aspirations for an independent Muslim Arab Palestine. Only later, once they secured all the rest of their Arab lands, did the Muslim Arabs change their story and put the Land of Israel under a microscope, redefining the conflict as Palestinian Jews against Palestinian Muslim Arabs within that small territory, rather than what it originally was: returning a small patch of Ottoman empire land to its rightful owners, the Jewish people, while dividing 99% of the land among the Arabs.
To reiterate, the results of the Paris (1918) and San Remo (1920) Conferences of the League of Nations was the Mandate for Palestine granted to the British government for the sole purpose of establishing a Jewish homeland in the Land of Israel.
It is essential that we protect the truth that formal recognition of Israel as the Jewish national home became a binding international law not in 1947 or 1948, but in 1920, when the resolutions of the San Remo conference were included as part of the Treaty of Sévres (August 1920), and were adopted and signed unanimously by all 51 countries of the League Of Nations.
JEWS WERE GRANTED THE TITLE TO THE LAND IN THE TREATY OF SEVRES. The British Mandate (trustee) was to transfer control. Sovereignty was given to the Jews world wide. However, later the British dragged their feet and tried to undo the mandate. This was not in their power.
The Treaty of Sèvres (French: Traité de Sèvres) was a 1920 treaty signed between the Allies of World War I and the Ottoman Empire:
      1. Article 95 gave title to the Jews.
      2. Article 132 gave legitimacy to the Mandates and in the case of the Jewish State, the legitimacy of the British Mandate to transfer control and facilitate the conditions necessary to the establishment of the Jewish State such as immigration.
      3. Transjordan was a part of the Jewish territory. However, the British began to play games and breached the Mandate’s provision for Jewish rights, civil rights, and national rights by ethnically cleansing them from the trans-Jordan when they decided to give it to a foreign power-the Hashemites. Trans-Jordan is clearly a part of the Mandate as evidenced in this letter dated 12 March 1921, British memorandum explaining the situation of Transjordan-"His Majesty's Government have been entrusted with the Mandate for ‘Palestine’. If they wish to assert their claim to Trans-Jordan and to avoid raising with other Powers the legal status of that area, they can only do so by proceeding upon the assumption that Trans-Jordan forms part of the area covered by the Palestine Mandate. In default of this assumption, Trans-Jordan would be left, under article 132 of the Treaty of Sèvres, to the disposal of the principal Allied Powers”. From 12 to 25 March 1921, the inclusion of Transjordan in the mandate was formulated by the British government. The 25 March 1921 proposal was approved a week later, to include Transjordan via Article 25-"On the assumption that (. . .) provision is made in some way in final political arrangements as regards Trans-Jordania for its inclusion within the boundaries of Palestine as eventually fixed, but under a form of administration different from that of Palestine, however undesirable it may be for His Majesty's Government to propose alterations of the mandates at this stage, they were inclined to view that when the ‘A’ mandates come to be considered by the Council of the League it would be wise in this case to propose to that body the insertion (. . .) after article 24 of the Palestine mandate (. . .)” By being included as article 25 of the Mandate, trans-Jordan was a part of the Mandate, but it was ethnically cleansed of Jews and their national rights. The British acted as if they were sovereign and they soiled their trusteeship.

Jews were first given distinctive clothing and branding, which led to the (infamous Nazi) yellow patch/star in the Holocaust, by Muslims. It seems to have been introduced in the Umayyad Caliphate by Caliph Umar II in the early 8th century. The practice was revived and reinforced by the Abbasid caliph al-Mutawakkil (847-861), subsequently remaining in force for centuries.
The Lord promised a regathering of the nation of Israel, after diaspora judgement and the city of Jerusalem as he had sworn it unto Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel), Jeremiah 31 v 38-40, Amos ch 9 v 11-15, Genesis 35 v 12, Exodus 32 v 13, Deuteronomy 1 v 8, Deuteronomy 30 v 1-5 and Joshua 21 v 43.
Luke 21 v 24 says in reference to The Jews: 24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations.
Well guess what? Israel as a nation is no longer under Roman or Muslim control.
Timeline of Israel and Jerusalem from the 7th Century to 1948:
Romans, Byzantines, Persians, Caliph Omar, Umayyads, Abbasids, Saladin, Crusaders, Mamluks, Ottomans and British have all laid claim over Israel and historic record of massacres and pogroms for all Jews without a homeland, including the Holocaust worldwide up until 1948 and still continuing, including October 7th 2023..
Firstly...Palestinians have a right to live in that land without oppression, Exodus 22 v 21 and Leviticus ch 19 v 33-34, but Islamic Fundamentalist ideology and Jihadism and Arab Anti-semiticism are also reasons which have historically made groups attack.
Jews were subjected in the past to being inferior as dhimmis, under Islam, all stemmed from Muhammad and Quran, which plagiarises the Bible and lies and said Jesus is not divine, was not crucified for sin and salvation and never resurrected.
The Massacre of the Banu Qurayzah, was, where 600-900 Jews were beheaded, they were supposed to be in league and confederacy with Meccans who were attacking the Muslims. The ruling to behead the Jews was supposed to have been approved by Muhammad but it was the Islamic False angel Jibril who prompted it.
"Applying “Allahu Akbar” before attacking has its roots in sacred Muslim texts, precisely in Muhammad’s Biography. The Muslim Prophet initiated a raid against the Jews living in Khaybar (a neighboring oasis ninety miles near his stronghold city Medina). To launch the attack, the Prophet proclaimed: “Allahu Akbar, Khaybar is destroyed,” prophesying the victory of the Muslims in taking the land and the hegemony of Islam."
Khaybar was a settlement defended by a number of forts spread apart from each other. One by one Muhammad's army took the forts. Finally, the last few surrendered to him. Muhammad had several of the leaders of the Jewish settlement beheaded, one leader (Kinana) was tortured to reveal where buried treasure was hidden. Then when Kinana was near death, Muhammad commanded that he be beheaded. Many of the women and children were enslaved. Muhammad even took the most beautiful woman for himself and married her (Safiyah)..
Muhammad, the founder of Islam also said the following:
Muhammad also said the following: When it will be the Day of Resurrection Allah would deliver to every Muslim a Jew or a Christian and say: That is your rescue from Hell-Fire. Sahih Muslim 2767a
I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim, Sahih Muslim 1767a
Muhammad is also said to have said: "The Day of Judgement will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews , when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdullah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.
Amin Al Husseini who collaborated with Hitler and was seen at a Holocaust camp and the original Hamas 1988 Covenant also contains this statement from the false prophet Muhammad.
Amin al-Husseini, was a Palestinian Arab nationalist and became the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, a Muslim leader in Mandatory Palestine.
THE ORIGINAL HAMAS 1988 COVENANT: "Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it" (The Martyr, Imam Hassan al-Banna, of blessed memory).
The Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, has said:
"The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews." (related by al-Bukhari and Moslem).
Palestinian forces, though not all people, having largely Islamically inspired have been involved in the 1947-1948 Civil War against Israel (which they lost) which picked up in aggression in January 1948, after the U.N. Resolution for a partition of the Land of Israel.
They were also involved in The 1948 Israel-Arab war, when 5 Arab nations which attacked the newly formed Israel after its statehood Declaration lost the war.
The PLO were founded prior to the 1967 Six Day War and they openly engaged in acts of violence against Israeli civilians, both within Israel and outside of Israel.
Ultimately, the largest faction, Fatah, would come to dominate the organization, and its leader, Yasser Arafat, would become the PLO chairman and most visible symbol. All the groups adhered to a set of principles laid out in the Palestine National Charter, which called for Israel’s destruction.
The PLO’s belligerent rhetoric was matched by deeds. Terrorist attacks by the group grew more frequent. In 1965, 35 raids were conducted against Israel. In 1966, the number increased to 41. In just the first four months of 1967, 37 attacks were launched. The targets were always civilians.
Most of the attacks involved Palestinian guerillas infiltrating Israel from Jordan, the Gaza Strip, and Lebanon. The orders and logistical support for the attacks were coming, however, from Cairo and Damascus..
The Los Angeles Times from Los Angeles, California, December 31, 1967, p. 28: Shukairy Steps Down It Might Be Said that Terror is his middle name.
"We will wipe Israel off the face of the map and no Jew will survive," warned Ahmed Shukairy last June. As head of the clandestine Palestine Liberation Organization for the past four years, Shukairy has been responsible for the murders of dozens of Israeli men, women and children in bloody midnight raids across the borders of Jordan and Syria.
1973 Yom Kippur War: The war began on 6 October 1973, when the Arab coalition (led by Egypt and Syria) jointly launched a surprise attack against Israel on the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur, which had occurred during the 10th day of the Islamic month of Ramadan.
The October 7th 2023 Al Asqa Flood Attack comes roughly 50 years and a day after the 1973 war.
Mohammed Deif, Leader of Hamas' Al Qassam Brigade said for the October 7th 2023 attack...
“Oh, our brothers in the Islamic resistance in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen, today is the day when your resistance merges with the resistance of your brothers in Palestine. It is time for the Arab resistance to unite.
“We call for mobilization towards Palestine. Oh, our brothers in Algeria, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt, and the rest of the Arab countries, take action and heed the call.
“Today, whoever has a gun, let him bring it out; it’s its time. Everyone should come out with their trucks, cars, or (fighting) tools. Today, history opens its most pure and honorable pages.”
      Why would this all matter?
Jesus is now the new High Priest for Jew and Gentile but man and Satan would still want to nullify God's promises and covenants to Jews and salvation for them, one tactic being to keep them constantly hostile, at war and unforgiving, Jesus says unless you forgive you cannot be forgiven, Matthew 6 v 14-15.
Jesus, though God from eternity, became a man in order to suffer death and serve as our High Priest (Hebrews 2:9). As a man, He was subject to all the weaknesses and temptations that we are, so that He could personally relate to us in our struggles (Hebrews 4:15). Jesus is greater than any other priest, so He is called our “Great High Priest” in Hebrews 4:14"
      Repent and believe the Gospel...
      Hebrews 9 v 27 & John 3 v 16.

Hank, the concept of Just War, adopted by many within Christian tradition, has often been used to justify violence throughout history, leading to conflicts such as the Crusades, colonial conquests, and even modern wars.

How do you answer all the quotes in the podcast directly from the Qur'an? The Qur'an is very clear about Jihad which is not tolerant at all. The Qur'an itself teaches about the destruction of other religions. Is the Qur'an incorrect?

    • @1Whipperin
      @1Whipperin 15 дней назад +1

@BibleAnswerMan The concept of jihad and the intolerance toward other practices in the Qur'an can be reconciled with Islam's history of coexistence and tolerance through careful interpretation.
Jihad, often misunderstood, means "struggle" or "striving." While it can involve physical defense in certain circumstances, especially when the Muslim community is under threat, it primarily refers to an individual's internal spiritual effort to live righteously. Many Islamic scholars emphasize that military jihad is defensive in nature and must follow ethical rules, including avoiding harm to non-combatants.
When it comes to religious intolerance, there are verses in the Qur'an that discuss conflict with those who oppose Islam, but these are tied to specific historical contexts where Muslims were facing persecution. The Qur'an also asserts that "There is no compulsion in religion," underscoring the freedom to choose one’s faith and rejecting forced conversions.
Historically, Muslim empires such as the Umayyads and Ottomans allowed Christians and Jews, known as "People of the Book," to practice their religions freely under a protected status. Though these groups paid a tax called the jizya, they were otherwise allowed to worship, maintain their religious sites, and live peacefully alongside Muslims.
The balance between jihad and verses that may seem intolerant is ultimately a matter of interpretation. Islamic history demonstrates that many rulers and scholars interpreted these teachings to promote peaceful coexistence and religious tolerance, allowing diverse communities to thrive within Muslim-ruled lands.

Does this challenge the claim that Christianity, by its nature, promotes peace more than Islam?

The Crusades played a significant role in escalating the conflict between Christians and Muslims, but they did not mark the very beginning of tensions. Prior to the Crusades, there had been periods of peaceful coexistence between Christians and Muslims, particularly in regions under early Islamic rule, where Christians were often allowed to practice their faith with some restrictions.
However, the Crusades, initiated by European Christians to reclaim the Holy Land, drastically intensified hostilities. These campaigns brought about widespread violence, bloodshed, and long-lasting distrust between the two religions. What had been a more complex relationship, including periods of relative peace and cultural exchange, became overshadowed by the brutal military campaigns of the Crusades. This shift turned what was often a coexistence into a deeply entrenched conflict that would leave scars for centuries.
