My my, what a beautiful boat this young man created. My hats off to his ingenuity, prowess, determination and skill with hard work. I'd hire him on the spot and pay him well if I had a small boat business in his area. He'd be my top man for sure the boss of the yard. 💪👍👍⭐️⭐️🙏

Well done, young man. It amazes me to see what others can do, with what is on hand. It humbles me to realize the tools and things that I have and take for granted.
Interesting project. My concern is with the nails, instead of screws, being used. Wondering if the constant flexing of the boat on the water would work the nails loose. The end result is attractive and functional. Excellent work.
Great Design Looks Good, BUT The Nails WILL LOOSEN In Time. The Only Screws He Used Was On The Handle. Were Wood Met Wood I Would Have Put GLUE ALSO. (glue and screws)
Something to keep in mind is that when houses are framed, nails are used, not screws. This is because nails have flexibility under twisting forces, and do not snap or shear the way screws do. Screws are fine for decking, flooring, drywall, etc.
@@Taz-j8i Actually nails are used to expedite the build. Houses do NOT flex to the degree a boat does. As far as screws snapping or shearing, I've used both for over 60 years, and have never encountered a problem with screws snapping, unless putting placed under and extreme pressure, in which a nail would give way by bending free of the wood. As far as shearing goes, not in my experience.
@@DennisComito Actually screws cannot be used in framing without engineering. They are brittle. But on boats nails have absolutely no place. None. Screws also should not be used on a boat. Nuts and bolts only.
I love this kind of ingenuity! And the reusing waste palstic amazing , there is a guy i watch on here called Mr Ho , he makes boats from old motors , foam board ,and resin . Amazing guy.
Надо было сразу спинки приделывать, на скользких скамейках задница съезжает назад и приходится цепляться за борта, а ещё лучше дистанцию с рулем и камфорное кресло, от старой машины👍, В сравнении с проделанной работой это сущий пустяк
Nice job. Quality materials and workmanship. The only component that evokes doubts is the plastic skin. Is it strong and durable enough to match the rest of the boat?
Good project. My only problem is the use of nails and not stainless screws. I see there is mention of stainless screws, but I only saw the knocking in of nails 🤔
@@charlesborders2893 - The title and description describe it as being made from a 5000 liter plastic water tank. And that's what the video showed. He cut up a plastic tank.
@@Ralphie419 yes that makes more sense ,i am a welder and i didn't see no metal or welding going on . I'm x navy diver and bought a hundred twenty thousand gal gas tank and made a dive tank with windows to train divers in for welding under water it was twenty feet deep it made a nice swimming pool it was 10 feet in the ground and 16 feet above ground . with a deck around it on top

I could sense a twinge of pain there in your statement 😂

Total idiot
It is very sustainable the way you recycled someone else’s video. I appreciate the blurring of their logo as well. Thank you.
Really, did I get played as well. Do you have the link to the original ?
@ Of course I do not have the original link. Ask the poster of the video who copied it.
Good job using the steel toed work sandals..Safety number one on RUclips..
It amazes me sometimes how so much can be done without the constraints of western H&S
@@trevormann8221 "constraints" ...lol..I wouldn't say wearing proper foot protection as much of a burden compared to losing your toes.
As a bit of a pack rat I applaud turning something useless into something of value. Bravo!
