integra might not be the fastest on a straight road, but take it to a mountain road and it will out perform alot of cars that would otherwise win in the straight. first time at tail of the dragon muscle car guys were having to pull off so i could pass them.
I literally just dropped 1200 on custom TIG welded V-band full exhaust for my 01 GsR. Worth every penny. 4-1 true 2.5" header to high-flow CAT to Vibrant ultra res to Vibrant muffler.
Great sound and car bro, quick question/s. Why did you guys have to take it to the muffler shop? Did they have to mod the cat to fit the 3 inch piping? I just ordered a skunk2 76mm (3inch) you think id be better off going with greddy?
I know im a bit late but how much did it cost to get the exhaust fitted by a shop? I have a 1997 integra too even though these exhausts normally dont fit those model years for the gsr's but i still want one on mine 😂😅
Hello Racers, how much did you pay for the new chimney? Save your money and important a 1995 type R from japan. The importer is Torque GT in the UK ,they will get you a good one. They're not to far from my place.
yep! it works for the type r models and bolts right up. as for gsr you will need some modification but an exhaust shop can take care of it for about $100
Thanks! The tip is circular, but the muffler is oval. The tires im running are Toyo R888R. They are track tires with short life span. Also, they cant really be driven in the rain.

Sweet ITR! Yeah was originally building my Integra to look like an ITR because I couldn't justify spending 20k+ on an ITR. On top of that, all the mods that I would be doing etc. But I shifted my focus now from building an ITR clone to just doing my own touches to it. Will probably do a sunroof delete with an ITR roof in the future!

I mean people can do what they want I respect that but why put a sunroof on an Integra type R when it was never meant to have one that defeats the purpose of it being a race car God some people are stupid. No wonder people think itrs come with sum roofs..

Yonaka is a good budget alternative to this. I had one on my integra and it was very mature sound.

Stock looking mufflers have always fit Integras and Civics. They tend to flow with all of the rectangles in the rest fascia.

Certain years of gsr a pipes are shorter. 94-99 I believe. 2000-01 they are longer. Hence being a few inches short of the mid pipe. Common issue.

Also maybe the condensation could be coming from the exhaust manifold if the gasket wasnt on properly and torqued down.
yeah I think that is one of the reasons. The previous owner used bolts instead of the stock studs to nuts set up.
