6 hours of a sleep a day, 4 hours of revision on top of 12 hour shifts... that's some serious dedication Matt! Keep up the good work! And yes :) Wellbeing definitely comes first. Glad to hear you're back gymming/bouldering as well! Thanks for spreading the positivity!
Yeah was definitely a super tough period but you know what they say: if it's important enough to you then you find time! Good luck studying for your exam as well 😊
Thank you... I have been procrastinating for long... trying to get myself to do the MRCP ... but felt myself cringe under the very thought of the hugeness and vastness of all the preparation I need to make... hesitant and scared to start and lots of ifs and buts too... your video has been very inspirational and I hope to motivate myself to do this 😊🙏... and congrats for all the huge efforts you made and achieved your goal... 🎉🎉
Wish I am able to achieve that level of dedication one day! Turns out everything boils down to planning and sticking to that plan no matter what, something that I struggle with a lot....
I'm an F2 in London and I really needed this video, as I feel so tired after work and if I have too much coffee I can't sleep at all >.< Thank you for the advice
Hey Candy, thanks for your message and glad to meet a fellow F2 here 😊 I find that I'm always too too tired after work as well but I guess it's just about how much you prioritise the things you need to do! Hope work's not been too busy for you and definitely look after yourself :) and stay in touch!

Hi shreya, I'm planning to make a video shortly on MRCP about my entire study and planning process and all the revision materials, this may be helpful for you! 😊
