Can’t thank you enough for this video! I’ve recently joined the gym & have gym anxiety because I don’t know where to begin with all the machines. This will help so much, thank you ❤️
literally same! how has it been for you so far? I was beginning with just running but realised I wanted to become stronger and build muscle. Finding it hard to find a good beginner workout routine without using the barbells.
Love this video, so useful for beginners! I go to a women’s gym which offers group strength training sessions where an instructor will guide you on how to use the machines/equipment and correct your form. It helped me so much when I first started out and now I’m really comfortable and confident. So grateful.
Your gym seems like such a good vibe. At my gym not a single person interacts or talks to each other, it's kind of depressing. Any tips for finding gyms with a good atmosphere? Nice video.
tip for lat pull downs - you can take the pin out, pull the bar down and put the pin in the lightest weight so you don't have to stand on the bench to reach when you're changing the equipment:) then just reset it before starting your set
So I’ve been wanting to use the leg press in my gym foreverrrr and I’m so nervous of looking like an idiot haha. So when you put the plates on you literally just put them on? Like no clips or anything else? I think I’m making this harder than it needs to be lol
any advice? the back of my knee started hurting when i was walking this morning and it made me limp when walking all day. Yesterday i trained glutes (KAS bridges, step ups, kickbacks and i also did the leg press for the first time in a while) i do step ups every week and i lift 14kg with it now.. i’m wonder do you think the step ups caused my knee injury and whether i should keep doing them or if there’s any hack on how to make it less on the knee…thanks 😅
I wish I had this when i started the gym

Also the red dots on leg machines are indicators to where your knees should be!
such a helpful video! would be wonderful if you could do a video about the right position on these machines, like where to put your feet and stuff?
This gave me the courage to use the leg press machine at my gym. I did it for the first time yesterday and feel so accomplished, thank you ❤

yes, there is no chance of the weights falling off the leg press machine
Unless you loading plates to the end of the machine, they won’t fall off. The machine is balanced, so don’t worry.
