For people coming here to hang mount their WRGB II light: it mounts differently. Screw the set screw into the the holes at the top (the holes he’s pushing wire through - on the WRGB II they are screw holes and don’t extend through the other side). Then take the tensioning piece, which is not in this video - it’s the piece with the button on top. Unscrew it CAREFULLY, keeping the button and the top portion together and unscrewing them from the rest. Pass the wire through the large hole in the side, in through the spring and the hole in the top, and then push it through the top section that you just unscrewed. Screw the two pieces back together. Then screw the tensioner into the set screws that you mounted onto the light in Step 1. The rest is the same as in this (truly horribly made) video.

Hello I have problem with my chihiros Vivid2 after 9 months it doesn't work. his is what happened, I looked at my aquarium and suddenly I have seen my aquarium very red, which is not the set-up I saved through because it was buce so it is supposed to be cool accent. Then I opened the app, revert to my savefile which is buce and I cannot control the red color anymore it stays on at max even tho I slide the color to 0 already which supposed to turn off the red and if I turn off all the color the Red, Green, and Blue the Red is still on at max. That time I can still control the blue and green color. Then a few hours I have seen my aquarium to be bluish green in color , I opened the app and the red light cannot be opened anymore even if I slide it up. So what I did was plug out and plug in the power to see if it will get fixed but it didn't and immediately my light is bluish green and no red at all even when connected to the Bluetooth. So I opened my light remove the Bluetooth module then all color works the blue, red, and green aswell as the fan. But the problem is that I cannot control it to my app and max Red, Green, and Blue without Bluetooth module is 130 watts which is very high in energy and heats up very fast which will burn the PCB . If I remove the Bluetooth module it shows all led is working but when I put it back it automatically turns to bluish green and then when I open the app I can connect my device but I cannot control the colors anymore. I can say there's design flaws on Chihiros Vivid 2 because the PCB is sitting on the aluminum which of course if the light is turned on even with fan on the heat will transfer to the PCB burning it out, it would be better if the controller is like the WRGB2 which is connected to the wire and not directly integrated inside the light casing.I also wonder if your controller like the Commander if plug into to the Vivid2 will work like Vivid1. Please reply for solution and hoping for one since there's not seller of the replacement parts in Shopee,Lazada or even AliExpress
