Does cocydia with thoracolumbar scoliosis require internal pelvic floor treatment or can scroth exercises relieve the pain

Good question. It depends! Coccydynia, like many pelvic floor pain syndromes, can absolutely improve as we begin to balance the muscles surrounding the pelvis. I’d say scoliosis PT is a great place to start, but you may still benefit from consulting with a pelvic floor therapist. Sometimes a little internal muscle treatment and coccyx manipulation can be a game changer! Hope this helps.
