  • Is scoliosis responsible for your digestive issues?
It might seem far-fetched, but scoliosis actually has a significant impact on the digestive system. Your spinal curve can cause several uncomfortable symptoms, including acid reflux, bloating, and constipation.
In this video, I explain how the spine and digestive system are connected and how scoliosis can hamper proper digestion. I also offer several simple tips for reducing the frequency and severity of digestive issues.

Thank you! This was very helpful to me, too. I have Gerd and have asked my gastroenterologist if he had heard of the study you referenced and if my curvature could be causing it. He had no idea of the study, and simply recommended that I apply the same life style changes (which I already do) as for someone without scoliosis. No other treatment was recommended. Very frustrating.

I’m so glad you found it helpful! Unfortunately doctors aren’t usually taught to look at things more critically like this
