First of all, to get to the compound, simply stick right to the wall and you will end up on the other side of the island (there is a door on the checkpoint to avoid the camera) After having hacked the cameras, check all cameras and get caught, you will end up at the start point. No need to run back all the way. Before flying away, make sure you get pictures of the loot at the airstrip, since its pretty much on the way

you can buy kosatka alone without any upgrades and do heists as well. at this video, i bought a chopper as an upgrade to save times at prep missions but u dont have to buy it too. hiring support crew isnt free but other setups are free and you have to complete them. hiring support crew is usless i dont suggesting it.

you can go back to island any time again for gathering more information and you dont need to find every thing at island. im prefering guard uniform , grappling hook and bolt cutters with some cash cocke and meth locations.
Change spawn location from M to kosatka. Then change your online session and you will go there diirectly at new session. İt maight help but you cant do this at perico prep missions

You can go to island again like first time. Go to submarine open your control panel and select gather intel.
My friend must've did something with the cayo heist and I can't do the gather intel

Probably it glitched cause server issues. Try again at different session

The minimum requirement for cayo perico is buying the submarine. All upgrades are optional. You can do cayo perico heist several times.
