You must try hot chocolate with cheese. I know it sounds awkward and it took me awhile to warm up to the idea, but it is so good! I think the Colombians use mozzarella in their hot chocolate. You basically let the cheese melt at the bottom of the hot chocolate and eat/drink it all at once.

hi, lulo and curuba for us are ONLY to make drinks and luices, very refreshing; the Colombian aji is mild and for Mexicans it's only a joke compared to the hot chili; if you're gonna down some beers, one shot of aguerdiente makes you feel good and less stuffed than having 3 beers (and maybe less or the same calories).
Yes we can't get enough of the fresh juices here in Colombia! We found the aji to be the perfect amount of spice. Sammy asks for it almost every meal 😂 Good call taking a shot instead of drinking more beers! Great advice thanks for sharing!
Great video but word of advice. You need to actually tell us what the dishes are- what are their ingredients? Is it fish, chicken, how is it made? Not everyone knows Columbian food.
I notice as a traveler that Spanish people don’t like speaking English and don’t bother speaking English esp in central and South America. Surprisingly in Southeast Asia and the Certain countries in the Middle East they are more open to speaking English or trying to. I think it has to do with the centuries of tensions and rivalry between Spain Spanish people and England. Maybe that’s because you’re in South America where they speak Spanish? Instead you should try and learn Spanish instead, get to learn a new launch age while you’re at it
Totally Wrong, I will changed it like this: ¿ could be that you English speakers people think you have certain superiority over us that is US spanish speakers who have to accommodate to you? … I don’t think that too, I just think that as a traveler is you who have to accommodate to the place you go and not the place to you. As a Colombian living in USA I couldn’t come a push people here to speak to me in Spanish, or even try to push someone to give me a Job without knowing a single word in English, I know that even Spanish is de 2nd oficial language in USA, the mayority of the population speaks English and all the government issues are rule by English so my obligation is to learn English.
