My baby is 2 and just got diagnosed with type A , I am watching your videos trying to become as aware as I can so I can ask the most important questions . Thank you for your videos , even though right now I can’t make it through them without sobbing from fear for my little one , but I know next week at his first appointment for treatment I’m going to ask the most informed questions thanks to you! I have a lot to learn

@Kane Carlos Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site on google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
I have type b and honestly my lifestyle was pretty normal other than I remember getting factor 9 shots every Tuesday for about like 4 years my dad always would always give me shots at home had me put the medication together all the time and lost the fear of needles for a while but other than that I never felt any danger besides one time I was lifting 2x4’s in bundles and after I got home to shower I saw a small bruise on my arm which a day or two later looked swollen with stride marks of bruises in one area like it got whipped or slashed I tried holding out for a few days and didn’t tell my dad until he came and seen me which I had to tell him cause I could barely work my arms the pain was a little weary couldn’t sleep I’d roll over on my arm and wake up in pain soon but after getting the shot it always gets better
I have a very very severe b-hemophilia and had antibodies for pretty much every medicine until the age of 10 which was hell with all the internal bleeding and pain . Im 20 now but i still have a high chance of my body starting to reject the meds if i get really sick. other than that my life is pretty normal except i cant go to the gym or my hands are out for the count for weeks.
@@royalsocktastetester3609 well pretty much I had to get shots 1 every Tuesday for like the whole duration of elementary then after that I was free from getting any shots until I was either injured or was bruised up in a few places on my body but what is weird about my condition is that I felt like I lived a normal life my whole life I was always rough housing with my cousins and brothers either fighting or wrestling and I never took shots after even when I got into fights at school which now that I’m thinking about it is pretty impressive for our medical condition the we both share you said you can’t go to the gym with our being out for a few days or weeks I never felt that I once ran 27 miles in a straight shot to see how far I can push my body ( I was a big runner because my dad wouldn’t allow me to do any sports that was physically damaging ) so I was really into cross country or track and after running that long my legs gave out but I never took the shot after which my dad calls me a dumbass for thinking I can handle anything I never listened to him until that day my arm randomly bruised up and I’m telling you I guess I could have lost my arm I held out for about a week or a little less then two weeks before I finally decided to get the shot but morale of the story I believe you can do a lot more than what you think your capable of but I think everyone has it different because although I rarely ever had that much injuries on the other hand my older brother has it too and he was easily prone to getting injured he was the one taking on wrestling in highschool and playing basketball but I always noticed he would have more injuries then I could even count but personally I think it’s all mental I used to be scared of getting hurt cause my dad would make it seem like I would lose my life but then I stopped thinking I was so fragile and started being not reckless but believe in myself that I can do anything any normal person can do and I was always testing my limits I’m 25 now and I still rarely get shots I’ll tell you I probably get maybe 1 or 2 shots a year and that’s just for small things I believe you can take something out of this and figure out your limits too if you haven’t already!
@@royalsocktastetester3609 ohh and also when COVID was around everyone in my family had COVID and i was constantly around people who had it but I never got COVID which to me felt a little weird idk if it’s because I think I have a good immune system or if it’s because of my hemophilia but that was pretty cool to experience at least on my behalf did something like that happen to you ?
@@pablozacapu116 i have really bad immune system and ive had covid 2 times now and was pretty scared that the antibodies return but other than that it wasnt too bad. Idk if the different meds (factor 9 injections) can strengthen your resistance but my medicine Benefix 3000 does slightly deteriorate my joints but they do have known and unknown side effects so not impossible... or you have a really good immune system if your whole family had it.

Wait so you had to get factor 9 shots for only 4 years? I have to get them every 4th day for the rest of my life. If so you are pretty lucky.
