I am 2 weeks in creating my agency and starting outreach tomorrow. This video gave me an insane amount of confidence, because i feel the exact same. Thank you so much Charlie
Amazing video Charlie, any tips on delivering results(or learning how to deliver them). We would be blessed to hear your take on that subject. Thank you for everything!
Instead of buying an 1000$ course you can spend 20$ on a course on Udemy teaching you the subject. Sure, you won't have a course on how to build an agency from a-z and you won't have all this mindset stuff, but you can learn the skill itself on how to run ads etc.
great video man! Just want to comment on the conviction part when you give the speech to the business owner. just want to know what your thoughts are. wouldn't you say its better to come from a place of abundance as in like talk with a calm manner, give them a good offer they cant refuse and overall be confident and if they say no then they say no, just shrug it off and move on type of attitude rather then coming from a place of desperation almost, almost begging them for their business which can be a big risk for them and harder to trust?😁
True that's probably the hardest part of a SMMA. I was thinking can't we just use a contractor to fulfill the service so it's almost a three way system?
Charlie just only one question I am 17 year old and I am from India here people are not much interested in SMM so i have to call people out from India so when I will call them what I should say (our phone no. start from 91 and there it might be different) that they don't think i am a fraud and didn't cut the phone hope you understand what I want to say like seeing the deferent type of mobile no. they can think of some frauds
Hi Charlie, I'm 13 and after doing months of research I'm gonna start an SMMA. Fulfillment has been a pretty hard part of the business itself and I was thinking can't we just use a contractor to fulfill the service so it's almost a three way system? Kind of like a drop-servicing model. What do you think?
Absolutely. Even before you sign your first client, find a contractor to hand over the service delivery. Max Perzon has a great free smma course, where one module is about how and why you should get a contractor/media buyer to handle the service delivery
What if you’re willing to work hard AF, but you also need the client to do what you tell them? I guess you have to do a better job explaining why they should do things your way?
I say this with love, the editing isn't great, Charlie. The content was better without it. I'm not an editor, but I could do a significantly better job for you. Looks like you've hired some cheap editor. Spend some of that 7 figure income to make the videos look polished! Or just don't edit them - they were plenty engaging before.
I have a question What services I can offer if I want to start a Gym Agency? I think about it but its difficult I have some ideas but I dont know if are correct

I tried to set up a call but there's no spot available in february x.x
Client acquisition has been the easy part for me. Fulfillment has been the hardest, largest learning curve, part. Which has made things slow.

@@khallaass I think you should be good at the actual skill before hiring out. Then you'd be able to guide them and build a proven system.
