  • I hate case study funnels and being pitched just as much as you do, but if you're curious about how we help agency owners beyond these videos the link below will explain. No bullshit, no email opt-in and no "FrEe TrAiNinG" to be found there. Check it out….

    Anyway, on with the video…
    -
How much should you charge for your services?
This is a question which almost paralyses agency owners, as they are stuck in the mud trying to make up numbers out of thin air due not knowing what to charge.
Unfortunately, in many cases (especially in SMMA), you can’t just charge the same price for all of your clients, as everyone is different; some may be big, some may be small, some may require more work than others, etc.
As a result, you need to have a framework in place to understand what to charge & actually have some substance behind it, rather than pulling a number out of thin air.
In this video, I go over the exact pricing framework that I have personally used to sign over 700+ clients in both my marketing agency & consulting business.
I hope you find it helpful. If you do, consider subscribing :)
    Thanks,
    Charlie

@@dominics109 , I made about 20 calls today and booked 2 meetings. I have no idea what all services i should deliver. I have told him on the call that we will discuss the commercials once i start getting results for you. Dominic, Can you help me guide you in service delivery? I can share with you what i am doing on my calls. Also, Charlie's content is super insightful and useful.

A question, how can I guarantee that customers will necessarily arrive, like "I assure you 15 customers a month and without it you don't pay" you have to put the money first and in case you lose it yourself ? or I don't know. Oh and it would be nice to have a discord server for the community you're creating. For some Advice, chat in general etc.

    Hey Charlie,
    Question,
Why do you choose Gohighlevel over Thryv or Hubspot Marketing?
Both has Zap integrations and more, built-in invoice sending, integrated payment system, and most, if not all of GHL's features.

What’s up Charlie this is my 2nd time watching the vid but I have a question, should my service fee include the ad spend to run the paid ads?
For example if I wanted to charge a $500 service fee but the business has a budget of $1000 to run ads would I charge a monthly retainer of $1500?
Definitely need some insight on this thank you.

*READ THIS* So, do not skip through this video. I am telling you! DO NOT! The advice is 100% right. I feel very shitty when I charge more than what I can offer, and it is way too hard to be confident unless you are heartless. But I have easily sold things that I genuinely believed. So do not hesitate to charge less when you are starting out. Think of it like getting experience and then once you have confidence in yourself you will surely scale to $10k/month FAST!!

problem is most business owners have no idea what marketing is or the value of ads, and all they want is to exploit people as thats how they made their small money.... so i find it very dificult to teach them you can get way more biz and make more money and show them proof, and they are still like, i pay shit to workers why would i pay you more? and im like a programmer doesnt need to teach clients their importance and that their job is valuable.... I will never understand how stupid most owners are about marketing is like , they all want to make more sales and profit but they were brainwashed to believe ads is a cost... and not a investment with high returns.... they are very stuck with shit wages mentality and they see this as hight risk and expensive.....
