OMG someone finally calling out the issue I've had with my Trayvax OG 2.0 wallet. Loved to death. Until my son started taking one of my cards out and then the two plates are too loose to contain the cards. You undo the fastener and *poof* all the cards immediately fall out in between my car seats. Great review by the way - the feature of being to hold a single card is an often overlooked feature of this wallet.
My Dad got one as an compamy ID-Holder and business card holder. He says it works well since its small , altough he got himself a hardcover for his business cards as they are made of paper.
I got an all black wallet (not click in place style) & it'd been like 6 or 7 years, still in great shape just scratched. I love my wallet. It was $30 as well but it has flip open lips & holds a lot & stays small. I don't do lock in card styles though
Carrying like an ID is a good idea for traveling in a different country. Keeps your personal info and cash close and less likely to be stolen. Maybe not as good as front pocket carry though.
I gotta Dango M1 maverick I've EDC'ed for about 2 years now. Sometimes it's aggravating to get cards in & out of, especially in line at checkout, makes you feel vulnerable. Also, you're not going to be able to carry anything else but cash & cards in it, so I wound up carrying a Chums wallet in addition to the Dango for all the small loose items in a whole different pocket. And if you have a Dango in your pocket you're not going to have anything else in there next to it.
I'm still trying to figure it out if a hard case style wallet is for me. This is a nice price point to give it a try. The Akeeni XSTO is one I've really been interested in, but it sells for more than twice this price.
For me it was a no. I tried a few but I can get a leather wallet that holds 6-8 cards (enough for me) will hold cash without having to fold it up and because it's soft it's more comfortable
@@aaronporter2180 i had to switch from leather because i carry lots of cash and its uncomfortable where ever i put it. Just took up too much space whether it was front or back pocket. I was raised to believe cash is king do i have bought the d01 and their money clip. I don’t like how the money looks outside the d01 and i don’t like how cards looked on the money clip. Logically i had to get both then😂
On the Cobra-Flowers how did you get to etching on there? What did? What did you get it from? Do you have a website that you can send me? I could click on a phone number or wherever you got it. I sure appreciate it. Thank you
That’s just a card holder. That’s it. You can carry cash that way, with that band, but I don’t want to be touching bacteria infested cash every time I touch my wallet. No thanks. I need a wallet that’s got a dedicated cash compartment that I can put cash in. I also carry several insurance cards that wouldn’t work in the card holder. I need a compartment for those, too. The D03, on sale currently for $39, is a much better value and a better wallet.
I'm buying this one. I havw a similar pouch (i have the VIPERADE VE16 i believe)and i carry my cards and cash in that top zipper. One issue is the cards and my ID got cracked bc i sat on it accidentally So something like this will actually go inside my pouch to keep it organized and not cracked
For people who actually have to fix things constantly. Like your car. Or also I actually pull over to help people who are broken down would be good to have certain tools on you
just depends on what you use often. Why do people carry around a pen? Why carry a flashlight? How about a watch? I'm sure you already have a phone for note taking, flashlight, and clock 🤷.
This seems like a nice option, I think I’ll always be a fan of classic leather wallets
Same, but I'm constantly trying these.

Great review of a great product

Thanks for the heads up
I once put a band-aid in my wallet and it worked as RFID blocking "device". :D Had to throw it away.

whats the name of your wallet?

I had the raw one and liked it. I just hate the attachment points all over Dangos wallets. If it didn’t have those it would’ve been perfect for me.

Yea..you may actually really like the alpaka gear one then.
Does MT02 tool fit in this? Thx
Late to the party, as I just got this, but I put cash under the triangular “D” section, which acts like a very small money clip
What is the name of the wallet that you mentioned in the beginning
i want to know too. looks awesome
It looks like the Zip Pouch Pro from Alpaka.
Alpaka gear wallet Organizer
I actually like the one you EDC, better. Do you have a link to it?

Not a fan of these metal/hard polymer type wallets.

this wallet sucks very inconvienent to putt cards out of it also i can see how it would damage cards

Great wallet but it be ideal if it can carry 15 cards since I carry id’s etc
Then it's definitely too small
Why the hell would you want to carry around a pair of pliers? That’s so ridiculous. And just a marketing scam
