This is for my brother gweedo!!! He passed away 4/17/21. He would always jam this song, he taught me about great music. I love you bro , forever and always !!!! Till we meet again in heaven my big brother. ❤️❤️❤️
I saw them in concert years ago and the drummer bought me a beer and gave me a cigarette. I didn't know who he was until the show actually started and he walked on stage.
My brother and I was at a musical festival and we were walking with three people from Flyleaf and had no idea until they were on stage LOL this Jam is great!
Back when I was a band photographer for a little local magazine in So Cal, I was asked to go photograph these guys at The Whiskey. I had no idea who they were at the time, but they were one of the only bands in my entire career to really blow me away. I turned everybody I knew on to them.
this is one of those songs that is just so powerfully distinctive and awesome that it's like "damn how did someone write something so freaking uniquely awesome?"
Just saw these guys for the first time last night in Orlando opening for Unwritten Law. Super impressive set!! Just bought this album! Adding these dudes to my playlist for sure. Just wish it had happened much sooner!!
Just discovered these guys thanks to Morrissey attending their concert in 2022 and told my skater brother in DC who will play it for his son. Dig these guys and they playing shows!
11 years later from my last comment and this song just makes me think of my teen years and the friends I had. Some I miss some I dont but that's growing up I guess, I'm 38 now and this song brings back so many good memories
Ahhhh! I found it! I was looking for this song all afternoon! Couldn't remember the band, the song name, or sing it at all. I had the biggest brain fart. But I'll never forget it now! I'll definitely be singing this when I got to Key West this spring B-)
My wife lived in Arizona for about 2 years before we.met. she can't stop playing authority zero tunes. We've almost been married 15 years. I started playing their tracks and jamming out( I'm a drummer FYI). I'd love to give it a shot on stage. I play with 3 local bands . If you guys want to travel to Nebraska. I'd love to get you booked in a few locations. I'll get it setup if you're willing to travel and I just wanna sit in on a few tunes.
Been listening to them for a good few years, finally saw them live a few weeks ago. Holy SHIT I waited too long. Jason out in the crowd, surfing, just a great band. Do not miss a show man, good times.
i played with these dudes in palm beach, FL. They all signed my guitar. A few years laters I burned that guitar in a bonfire for some reason. Authority Zero is SICK AS F
This song defines my summer 2003, year after graduation...not a fucking care in the world! Even saw them in Baltimore a year or two later! ONE MORE MINUTE!
Late comment here but I graduated in 2003 and rocked this song all Summer afterwards without a care in the world as well. If I could relive those times I'd do it in a heart beat.
good song man. me and my cousin would always play this song on repeat. we could even sing the whole song sometimes. this weekend im gonna see him. i would love to wake him up one night with this song blasting.
I have been looking for this song for years and thanks to my friend at the job who told me I can just hum a song to Google I finally found it!!!! It's been years FINALLY!!!!!
The old shillelaghs detroit 2009. Best show i have ever seen. Ive been to music festivals seen primus twice 311 8 times. Only 150 people in attendance for authority zero. Best show ever.
Growing up I hung out with Authority Zero as they were starting to blow up. My uncle was in Victim 26 and in this video in the beginning, the part where hes holding a hose you cam see his shirt says victim 26. Good ass times
Saw them in Tucson a few times years ago. The first time I was quietly chilling by myself next to the stage when the the lead singer just hung out by me. I had no idea who it was his at the time. Then he went on stage to the set. Later he proceeded to climb the the ceiling like a damn spider and drop into the crowd. Damn fun show.
If anyone could replace brad nowell in sublime it’s him his voice brings me back to when sublime was around. They got a very ska sound, great dudes all around I can’t believe how underrated they are.
I was born and raised in Mesa. When these guys got big, it felt like the whole town was behind em. I remember they were playing an old club called Bostons one night. We went down there, but the line was so fuckin long there was no way ya were getting in. Probably a few thousand people there
Crazy story how I met these awesome guys. Me and my friend worked for fyE we snuck into Virginia beach amp theater. Acting like we were working for a tent dressed up. We walk by a tent where people were handing out free tshirts next to these guys tent. Next thing I know the singer says he we are about to go on. He said please come watch. So we got in free hung out free
PERFECT EXAmple of ARIZONA DUDE STANDING THERE WITH THE HOSE!!! BORN AND RAISED ON THAT GREEN HOSE MAN U KNOW ITTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!! AZ SUMMERS!!!!! HEAT OR DEATH!!!!!!
Born and raised in the ghetto of 27 and Indian school.. the taste of that water coming out the hose was insanely delicious.. but gotta give it a few minutes or you'll burn your face off
This will probably be my SD anthem forever even though I live in burbs now. Saw them at Soma in, I think, 2004. Still have the tickets packed away somewhere.
I forgot all about this song. Looked on Facebook and found lyrics I posted of this song back in 2009. Glad I left myself a little treasure from the past on there. Still love this song.
I mean c'mon, great song! Total Sublime "Southern California" vibes but unique with their own style. Love it!!
It's like Punk reggae met the roots of reggae with its own rock twist. I'm from Hawaii we live reggae here
Jason deVore is the man. Totally genius and down to earth broseph
Arizona vibes, they're from Mesa. Close enough ig... Lead singer was born in Cali I think

Good dude right there
Saw these guys in Mexico 2001 and drank with them for a week.. Some of the best times I'll never remember.
Now that’s a story!
I bought my Tee shirt from him at the Agora Theater in 2006
My brother and I was at a musical festival and we were walking with three people from Flyleaf and had no idea until they were on stage LOL this Jam is great!
Found this a few months ago, in NAZ, genuinely one of the catchiest, most unique songs I've heard in a while.
Learn music. Create something better or more unique.
Hell I’ll start a band with you online I’m a bassist/
Haven't listened to this since I was 8. Mom driving her old 86 f150 and we were always jammin to something. The last 18 years have not been kind...

I got into them in the early 2000s in my late teens/early 20s but their videos always give me that 90s skater kid growing up in AZ nostalgia
11 years later from my last comment and this song just makes me think of my teen years and the friends I had. Some I miss some I dont but that's growing up I guess, I'm 38 now and this song brings back so many good memories

They helped me unlock my car at the big fish pub before a show. I got to sing on stage 3 times to sky’s the limit. Amazing times growing up.
This song brings back memories of seeing them live in the 602. Good ol' days.
PHX represent
The only way that it would be possible to end the commercials would be if everyone just boycotted vevo, instead of just commenting on how bad it is...
One of my all time favorite songs❤❤❤
I wish all the originals would get back together for a tour. Or for another CD.
