I actually use 'so gay' in the way she describes. For example, I had a night out, a party with drag queens. Yes, they danced to Cher. Yes it was very fun. Basically gay in this context can mean fabulous and queer at the same time. I love it.
Yeah, I'm also sick about male comics telling jokes about being men. Or comics who are parents telling jokes abut being parents. OR comedians who are single banging on about that...
Ben Anderson Yeah, all of those things are annoying when they are overdone. However, when comedians bring up those topics they don't ALWAYS pause for a second to get a big "wooooo!" from the crowd, which they clearly think they deserve for simply being homosexual. My issue is the fact that homosexuals constantly want to be seen as being equal and yet so many comedians, in particular, use it as something they deserve props and extra edgy laughs for. Amazing how some minorities cry out that they're being treated differently when it's negative but never do when they get extra points for being gay/a certain race/gender.
Ben Anderson I subscribe to a youtube channel, a video was uploaded, i watched it and gave a constructive comment. Pretty sure that is fairly normal youtube behaviour, pal. You're the one who felt the need to make a sarcastic comment 4 months after I did implying that what I said was somehow homophobic when it clearly isn't. I think you're the one who needs to focus their time elsewhere rather than crying homophobia on things that aren't homophobic. You're being the gay version of a feminazi right now.

Diabolically bad, basically a load of Facebook memes converted into 'an act'. Also bear in mind this was probably her best 4 minutes at the time too.
Stand up comedy isn't about content but delivery.
