So most lesbian comedians who draw largely lesbian audiences are seen as not being funny based off crowd reactions when the crowd is having a great time. That is a large part of why the role of LGBTQ comedians is largely filled by gay men and bisexual women, gay men make most guys and most women feel safe so they laugh more and the gay guys in the audience scream at even half funny jokes and bi women interest straight guys and are relatable to str8 women. That's why even when a lesbian comedian makes it big like suzi almost her entire show was about guys and their cocks
Saw her live a couple of year ago at a charity gig, she was one of 6 comics in the lineup and the only one I'd never heard of... She absolutely smashed it and it's really nice to see her now getting some TV time!
