please keep posting these videos they really inspire me. You should do a day where you eat Demi's favourite foods before your ed, as it can be important to make yourself feel special!!
I was forced to take three months completely away from exercise in early recovery and to my surprise, the world kept spinning! It was terrifying but being able to come back to movement mindfully is so gratifying. It’s also pretty wonderful to know that I’ll never have to eat 0% yogurt again. Full fat yogurts are genuinely so much nicer 😊
I’m so glad that you were able to take that approach towards exercise, it must have been refreshing and it’s so important to take that break!! So so proud of you 🫶🏻 also yes hahahaha no more 0%, Thankyou for the comment x
Apparently full fat yoghurt is unprocessed so healthier for you than the low fat that has to be highly processed to remove the fat then extra stuff added for flavour.Maybe that may help you gobble some up ❤❤
very proud of you demi, it's so hard to ignore those thoughts especially on rest days so give yourself grace. what do you do for movement at this phase of recovery?
Thankyou so much, I agree it’s incredibly hard the thoughts are louder on these kind of days for me. I’m currently doing a mixture of things including walking / running and one gym session a week I have reduced the time and days of which I do exercise which has been awful but so necessary for me to recover :))
nice choice for a video topic as it is really important and loads of people, me include probably cant do or find rest days hard. Well done on the 2% yoghurt, I started liking the taste the difference yoghurt and yeah i think it is the creaminess. You always giving me good meal and snack ideas and also a rest day idea ! thank you, you are doing so well. I was worrying I will want to eat lighter food in the summer weather but hey I guess ice cream will be around then too haha X
Thankyou so much, yes absolutely rest days are incredibly hard but they are so important but it’s just hard to sit with the feelings and thoughts that it brings 😞 having the 2% has been a good move I want to move it up to 5% in the next few weeks. Thankyou so much and yes that’s true hahaha ice cream will be perfect in summer (if we ever get some heat) sending you lots of love xxx
This video is perfect as someone who is addicted to not keeping still and exercising and I have been told to rest and it's hard but what really helps is listening to podcasts and your videos.💗
It’s so hard, but remember you can do it and you don’t deserve to be controlled by exercise / movement sending you all the love and never forget you can do it ❤
Hi Demi , noticing your omelet don't stress about it and Please do watch Megsye recovery ❤️🩹 Vlog particularly the vlog that she calls it " food doesn't have to be perfect " as I'm sure she will hopefully help with your recovery ❤️🩹 to realise this Lovely 🥰 Xxx
YESSSSS DEMIIIII! you killed it!!!! first of all, you brought a literal HUGE smile to my face when i saw your face light up when eating the 2% yogurt. second of all, congrats on incorporating more cheese! (i noticed hehehe). something to work on would be adding dressing whenever you eat a salad. it's an easier way to bump up nutrition without adding extra volume because i know stomach issues can be really hard to deal with. so proud of you darling!
Thankyou so so soooo much !!! Yesss the 2% is a game changer and the cheese also I have been LOVING!! yesss definitely will have a look at trying that, thank you so much again 🫶🏻
also do you mind me asking what movement you do and how did you introduce exercise. As I hope to start that soon, and how many rest days do you tend to take x
I do a lot of walking but I do also run and I go to the gym but only once a week, I want to start doing more mindful movement like Pilates / yoga though. I started slow when I exercised again the best thing to do is gradually increase it and listen to your body whilst also fuelling your body ❤
Well that's a rather unhelpful, thoughtless and pointless comment to make isn't it! If you have nothing intelligent or supportive to add, I suggest you maybe spend some time educating yourself about eating disorders?

Thankyou so so much for your comments they really mean a lot 🫶🏻 that would be a good idea I’ll have to think about what I could eat :)) x

The addiction to movement is because your body is starving and your brain is screaming at you to find food
It’s so hard, but remember you can do it and you don’t deserve to be controlled by exercise / movement sending you all the love and never forget you can do it ❤
