That point you made about stopping and asking yourself if you would be annoyed if something was added to a low calorie food really hit home for me and I'm going to try and incorporate it into my thought process. Thank you so much!
From what I understand from fully recovered people is that there will be thoughts at some point but as you mention is that we dont act on it and move on. It's just a thought and we dont have to act on every thought that enters our head.
I have some questions for u if u dont mind! How far are u in recovery? Did ur hair or nails get stronger when u recovered? How long does it take to get ur digestion back to normal?😭 Did ur skin get better?
I was wondering if you could make a video where you're talking about getting back to normal life after recovery. It doesn't have to mean that you're recovered, but for example: I am in recovery for almost 3 years now and I started to live quite normal again. I eat everything, I have overcomed all of my fear foods, but sometimes I still catch myself in trying to restrict or I still get disordered thoughts...and sometimes it can be so hard to not act on them. Do you maybe have some advice, it would mean a lot♥️ Thank you so much xx😘
I’m starting my own recovery journey (again…) and this was really nice to see, that the thoughts can still come and you just push past them. And one day I won’t think about food so much :)))
You are genuinely incredible, beautiful and so inspiring. Thank you so so much for your videos, you have the most refreshing and empowering mindset and it is so encouraging x
I don't usually post comments, but I accidentally came across this video and I want to say thank you. I had 7 years of anorexia. This is my second week of recovery. Thank you for posting this, it gives me hope. (Sorry for bad english, it is not my first language)
