They look great chef. I make croissants at home every few weeks and freeze them after rolling. Proof overnight at room temp and ready for breakfast. Had to proof my last batch over 16 hours because of the terrible English weather

Would really love to buy some and hope they are available when/if I finally get down to your shop. Perhaps I could order some and you could ship them to me???
