    Oh yeah. I have made these, it's a bit of a labor due to the lamination. I use muffin pans and put them in as a crown shape. People love them. Mix the sugar with fine kosher (just a bit). They are fantastic!

    I have never tried, or even heard of kouign-amann, but they look very good and I am definitely going to try making them between Christmas and New Year.

      Watching you bake my favorite pastry is not as good as eating it, but looking at the finished product reminds me of how it tastes! I ❤ that you laminated baguette dough to make these … you are a baking alchemist. 👏👏👏

    I made Kouignette’s, I heard that’s what they call the individual pastries and baked in muffin tins, but I’m probably wrong. They were delicious, but my technical skills aren’t that great, just saying 😂 You have given me some great tips to apply for the next time I make them. Thank you!
