You have to treat the underlying cause which the stress the anxiety so go for a walk listening to self love self affirmation everyday is helping it helps me and I always carry alprazolam tablet in case of major panic attack anxiety attack it Velo positive thinking is helping too change your environment I find it extremely helpful avoid negative toxic people too good luck everyone patient of ocd

I had the door thing I don’t have it anymore now it is hair pulling due to anxiety I guess it has become a habit forming like nail biting same family
