I Was in a coma, Intubation period, DR’s told my Mom to disconnect the machine and to call the family together, I was going to be dead once they disconnected me from the machine, the machine was assisting me on breathing I couldn’t do it without it, my Mom refused to disconnect the machine, then weeks later I made a miraculous recovery ❤️🩹. I fell two stories high head to the concrete at six years old. I thank God to this day for saving my life. I was just a kid. @Jada Brown, I would just suggest taking time every day to read, and really soak in his Word. And pray that God would help you become closer. Also maybe talking to your pastor or a parent, and they might help. I hope this helps. I'm only 14, and I struggled with the same thing a while ago too. I got your back

The "Whispers in my ear saying who do you think you are" won't let up. They come at all different times of day and night. I've been saved, told the Lord I absolutely cannot make it without Him, I know I'm being sanctified and try to take thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ, but the whispers never let up. The vague, non-specific feelings of condemnation. I play this song in my head late at night sometimes when I awaken or can't get to sleep, it helps a little, but please pray for me.
I'm not gunna lie this morning was rough. I woke up late I was 4 hours behind schedule but, instead of me trying to rush and do everything I just decided to pray and read the word and worship. This song really helped me this morning. Whoever is reading this it's ok please don't rush life or your time with God. Take your time, anytime you lose God will restore. +Devin Carranza It's important sometimes to remember that though we have prayed for help on an issue, and may even feel released for a while, that if it seems to come creeping back it can just be Satan knocking on the door of your life, yelling through the windows, trying to convince you he still hasn't left when in fact Jesus' power threw him out long ago. When you hear Satan doing that, just pray for the sight to see the thick, God-given walls between you and him. Hope this might help, Jesus really loves you y'know ;)

Im proof. For about 2 years i was fully convinced God didnt want me anymore and He was done with me. My life was reflecting that. I let myself slip deeper into depravity. And my mind fell into a pretty heavy depression. Then on July 24th, i was hit by a car on my way to work. By the grace of God, I survived with nothing more than an ankle fracture and a compression fracture in my back. I was out of work for 3 months, pondering why i didnt die. Then a week ago, one of my customers at work recognized me from the church i went to before slipping into the mindset i had, and offered me a ride to start going again. In that moment, i instantly knew and understood what God was telling me. This past sunday, November 12th, was my first day back to church. And all day today, God has been having me listen to songs like this to heal that brokenness and shame ive been carrying around for so long

I've heard this song before, as I frequent ksbj and other christian radio stations, but it spoke to me last night. I am homeless and I had been depressed, sore, suicidal, this song touched me i cried and fell to my knees and prayed. I told my father in heaven, who I call Yahweh (his true name) I cried, i yelled I hurt, but I changed my life for the better. I am no longer letting fear, doubt, and the devil take my joy. I don't care who people think I am, I am a child of the most high, and my father loves me with a forgiving heart. I am renewed in the holy spirit. This was exactly what I needed to change my life for the better. That bitterness, the anger, its all gone now! All thats left is his love, grace, mercy and his comfort. thank God, for Matthew West songs! no mater how old these songs are I grown to love them and use them to get through any battles that comes along the way. I just happened to find his music since most of these songs came out way before I was even saved in 2019. I use to never listen to any Christian music to be honest but wow do your music truly show Jesus love for us. Thank you Matthew!!!

My mornings are usually slow and quite. Sometimes they are even sort of mopey. I heard this song and something just came over me. I have no doubt that it was the Holy Spirit. It was so amazing because I was filled with so much joy. I started singing and dancing because of the joy that filled me up. I had been struggling for so long over something very personal and complicated. I had been so confused and hurt that I didn't know how to cope anymore. At one point last year I seriously contemplated suicide and the scariest part was that in that moment of contemplation I was happy. Something kept me from doing it though. There was still a bit of hope and that is why I spoke to my friends from church. Nothing was fixed right in the moment because it took so long for me to learn to be patient and wait. Finally, God gave me a huge break through with my struggle and I'm still here. I could be gone and dead. If I had chosen to end my life that day I wouldn't have been alive to experience such great blessings and gifts from God.

I absolutely love this song so much!!! I've been a Christian as long as I can remember, and I've always loved God. However, late last year, around September, October, I felt more depressed that I had ever felt. Being bullied in school, picking on my Christian Tshirts, it seemed all I had were my really good friends, who were always by my side. Then in November, I was in the worst shape in my life. Mentally, not Physical. I was thinking about suicide. I felt so close to breaking down. And I came across this song. I told my friends about it, and they were on the verge of tears. Never in my life where I've felt so close to my friends in that moment of my life. Since then, I've been listening to Chris Tomlin, Skillet, Matthew, and others. I am relieved of no longer having suicidal thoughts!! God saw something good in the making!
I know that feelings, same with you. I'm bullied in grade school and i'm depress and suicidal. And i can't even tell my bestfriend about this even my family, i'm just cried out to god, sometimes doubt about it, and asking about "why god why did i born to this world?" and i try to come back to our lord by his bible and church and im no longer depress, lonely, feared of problems, and im a confidence to worship his name and to live for him. I got chills the first time I was listening to this song. I stopped getting ready for school, fell to my knees and started praying and crying. I felt God presences through this song. I have struggled with anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. In October 2018, I almost lost my mom to murder. But, I believe there was the devil living in the person who tried to kill her and God was living in my mom. It was an eye opener for me, that I need to praise and thank God for saving my mom that night and thank him from saving me when I was in the trenches of the valleys in life. On January 13, 2019 I decided to let God into my life and that I was going to live my life God's way. On April 7, my 15th birthday, I am getting baptized and forgiven for all my sins. God is truly amazing and his power is incredible. I can say from experience that Jesus has changed my life. I grew up with a bipolar dad, was physical abused as a child, told to go and commit suicide (I almost did but there was a whisper in my ear saying that I could get through this.) and some much more and now I am here crying my eyes out while listening to this song on repeat. The devil tries to tell you that you have sinned too much and that Jesus Christ won't forgive you and he will pull you into thr darkness and doesn't want you to talk about anything. But, talk about it, bring it into the light because once it is in the light, God can bring you out of the struggle you are facing. My best friend and I listen to this song every morning before we go to class and it gives us encoruragment that God will get us through whatever we are facing. Thank you Jesus for all your forgiveness and righteousness. I don't deserve it, but I will proudly praise you in my darkest moments and my brightest moments. @Jada Brown, I would just suggest taking time every day to read, and really soak in his Word. And pray that God would help you become closer. Also maybe talking to your pastor or a parent, and they might help. I hope this helps. I'm only 14, and I struggled with the same thing a while ago too. I got your back

The "Whispers in my ear saying who do you think you are" won't let up. They come at all different times of day and night. I've been saved, told the Lord I absolutely cannot make it without Him, I know I'm being sanctified and try to take thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ, but the whispers never let up. The vague, non-specific feelings of condemnation. I play this song in my head late at night sometimes when I awaken or can't get to sleep, it helps a little, but please pray for me.
I'm not gunna lie this morning was rough. I woke up late I was 4 hours behind schedule but, instead of me trying to rush and do everything I just decided to pray and read the word and worship. This song really helped me this morning. Whoever is reading this it's ok please don't rush life or your time with God. Take your time, anytime you lose God will restore. The word of God says that God is the restorer of years. Have a blessed day everyone.

+Devin Carranza It's important sometimes to remember that though we have prayed for help on an issue, and may even feel released for a while, that if it seems to come creeping back it can just be Satan knocking on the door of your life, yelling through the windows, trying to convince you he still hasn't left when in fact Jesus' power threw him out long ago. When you hear Satan doing that, just pray for the sight to see the thick, God-given walls between you and him. Hope this might help, Jesus really loves you y'know ;)

First and foremost, your sin does not define you. Which leads me to ask you, what does define you? (possibly the single act of the cross?) Second, understand that your lustful desire is not actually an issue of your physicality; rather, at a deeper level, it's a battle for your mind (read Ephesians 6:12). When you have a lustful urge, it originates from your limbic system which comes in direct conflict with your frontal lobe (where your conscious, moral thoughts come from), eventually hardwiring your brain to love and hate this process. Third, in a culture which is hyper sexualized, this challenge is something that many men and women face on a regular basis, but you can still overcome this issue. Although, its gonna take a lot of work and some time.
I can tell you that it is certainly worth fighting for. Do not stop getting back up after each failure because "My [God's] grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."

Im proof. For about 2 years i was fully convinced God didnt want me anymore and He was done with me. My life was reflecting that. I let myself slip deeper into depravity. And my mind fell into a pretty heavy depression. Then on July 24th, i was hit by a car on my way to work. By the grace of God, I survived with nothing more than an ankle fracture and a compression fracture in my back. I was out of work for 3 months, pondering why i didnt die. Then a week ago, one of my customers at work recognized me from the church i went to before slipping into the mindset i had, and offered me a ride to start going again. In that moment, i instantly knew and understood what God was telling me. This past sunday, November 12th, was my first day back to church. And all day today, God has been having me listen to songs like this to heal that brokenness and shame ive been carrying around for so long

I've heard this song before, as I frequent ksbj and other christian radio stations, but it spoke to me last night. I am homeless and I had been depressed, sore, suicidal, this song touched me i cried and fell to my knees and prayed. I told my father in heaven, who I call Yahweh (his true name) I cried, i yelled I hurt, but I changed my life for the better. I am no longer letting fear, doubt, and the devil take my joy. I don't care who people think I am, I am a child of the most high, and my father loves me with a forgiving heart. I am renewed in the holy spirit. This was exactly what I needed to change my life for the better. That bitterness, the anger, its all gone now! All thats left is his love, grace, mercy and his comfort. Thank you Yahweh for changing my life. Thank you Matthew West for inspiring me to change my life with just one song!

My mornings are usually slow and quite. Sometimes they are even sort of mopey. I heard this song and something just came over me. I have no doubt that it was the Holy Spirit. It was so amazing because I was filled with so much joy. I started singing and dancing because of the joy that filled me up. I had been struggling for so long over something very personal and complicated. I had been so confused and hurt that I didn't know how to cope anymore. At one point last year I seriously contemplated suicide and the scariest part was that in that moment of contemplation I was happy. Something kept me from doing it though. There was still a bit of hope and that is why I spoke to my friends from church. Nothing was fixed right in the moment because it took so long for me to learn to be patient and wait. Finally, God gave me a huge break through with my struggle and I'm still here. I could be gone and dead. If I had chosen to end my life that day I wouldn't have been alive to experience such great blessings and gifts from God.

I was only half way through the video and I got chills, not because I was cold, because I was touched by his message and he put the message so out there and all his videos are awesome and so heart touching. I would absolutely love to go see him in concert one day he is one of my ro-models in life to live to be a better person and a better Christian I absolutely adore him and his faith in Jesus.

I absolutely love this song so much!!! I've been a Christian as long as I can remember, and I've always loved God. However, late last year, around September, October, I felt more depressed that I had ever felt. Being bullied in school, picking on my Christian Tshirts, it seemed all I had were my really good friends, who were always by my side. Then in November, I was in the worst shape in my life. Mentally, not Physical. I was thinking about suicide. I felt so close to breaking down. And I came across this song. I told my friends about it, and they were on the verge of tears. Never in my life where I've felt so close to my friends in that moment of my life. Since then, I've been listening to Chris Tomlin, Skillet, Matthew, and others. I am relieved of no longer having suicidal thoughts!! God saw something good in the making!

I got chills the first time I was listening to this song. I stopped getting ready for school, fell to my knees and started praying and crying. I felt God presences through this song. I have struggled with anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. In October 2018, I almost lost my mom to murder. But, I believe there was the devil living in the person who tried to kill her and God was living in my mom. It was an eye opener for me, that I need to praise and thank God for saving my mom that night and thank him from saving me when I was in the trenches of the valleys in life. On January 13, 2019 I decided to let God into my life and that I was going to live my life God's way. On April 7, my 15th birthday, I am getting baptized and forgiven for all my sins. God is truly amazing and his power is incredible. I can say from experience that Jesus has changed my life. I grew up with a bipolar dad, was physical abused as a child, told to go and commit suicide (I almost did but there was a whisper in my ear saying that I could get through this.) and some much more and now I am here crying my eyes out while listening to this song on repeat.
The devil tries to tell you that you have sinned too much and that Jesus Christ won't forgive you and he will pull you into thr darkness and doesn't want you to talk about anything. But, talk about it, bring it into the light because once it is in the light, God can bring you out of the struggle you are facing.
My best friend and I listen to this song every morning before we go to class and it gives us encoruragment that God will get us through whatever we are facing.
