As a kid I used to listen to these before I went to sleep. I had my little pocket radio. Mom often tried to get me to sleep, but she finally gave up and let me listen.
There was only one other other radio show on the air ( except for reruns), something called “ Chicken Man “.

The digital pictures are the best on utube especially considering these were put on years ago ! Excellent job
I'm a huge Teri Keane fan.....this is one of her best episodes of CBSRMT.....it's incredible how much pure sexiness she can emote just with her voice!!

Really impressive choices on the artwork for each story.....this one in particular is perfect
I like all of these and listen to them all day at work. The poem that E G Marshal quotes at the beginning is “An Interlude” by Algernon Charles Swinburne. A word has been omitted in the “quote” that changes the tone of it to fit the context of this tale.
“And the best and the worst of this is, That neither is most to blame,
If you’ve forgotten my kisses,
[And ] I’ve forgotten your name.”
The writer Sam Dann has, um, not the best reputation

8.9.2023 - Listening from Berea, Kentucky, on a cool summer morning, with cricket song and blue jays in the background. Good episode. ALWAYS watch out for the pretty boys. They almost always have something hidden in some kind of closet. 😂
