So i decided to add yoga into my morning routine before i go to work. I usually run about 3 miles every morning so after i decided to try out this video i realized that I have a lot of tension built up in my legs and my shoulders, any tips i can use to try and release this tension because even with the modified versions that were supposed to be easier on the legs and hamstring, i still found it painful to do these streches, so if you could help me that would be great

quick tip that worked really well for me is to watch the video at half speed if this is a first time. especially if you feel the need to watch her transitions to follow them. super helpful to me and hope it helps someone else that gets frustrated like i do when i cant pick something up really fast. I learn by watching and half speed gives me a second to look over to the video before following instructions. this is a great video with a really nice vibe to it to immerse me into the stretch!

FYI: I am retired and overweight so I know I need to modify my positions for me. I’ve been following this video for 3 weeks now, and still haven’t reached the maximum stretching I want per position, but I’ve already lost weight, feel so much more limber, and stretching farther each week. I’ve even got my daughter started too, and I am so happy! If I’d known I could lose any weight just doing yoga, which is just stretching, I would’ve done this in my 20’s! I’m inspired and thankful! 🧘🏻‍♀️

If you are on emotionally bad day or on depressed mode, and your body does not have the courage for a dynamic tiring exercise if you are processing emotional pain and grief, this is a great flow to move the stagnated feelings and shake them off the body. @@djmisskroft8313 So what did work for me. I can tell everything since you seem to be in a struggle
Yoga for blood circulation, I started yoga namaskar a week ago, similar effect.
Walks has been a big benefit for me to remove bad energy and feelings within me.
I got help from a psychiatrist who explained how my mind works. Had very much anxiety.
Vitamins, for me d vitamin, berocca, Omega-3. somehow I'm very dependant on all of it.
      Worked typical for me:
No Sugar, no meat, no milk, no soy, no gluten.
Cold shower, walking and yoga. Sauerkraut, brocolli.
      D vitamin. Berocca.
      A very good Chiropractic.
Stuff that relaxes always helps a bit
After these I can now heal from myself from exercise and the forest, but extra important for me to warm up, feel warm and stretch after.

I am so very happy I found you!!! I used to be quite flexible and pretty good at yoga. Then at the age of 55 I had both knees replaced. A few years later both shoulders, then lastly my right hip. Now my left hip is showing signs of the need for replacement. (I am now 65.) My range of motion has taken a nosedive. But this routine (although I would be able to do much better without these replacements) is one that I can handle. I am going to try to do it each morning. Eventually when I feel more confident I will look into your other videos. Thank you so so much! I also love the fact that it is just 20 minutes, which is doable for me in my busy mornings getting ready for work! Have you made other videos similar to this one?

Slimme Sjaan Alex S But this isn't a video about any of those things 😂 it's about a woman who is very good at what she does teaching people something new. I wasn't aware we were all limited to respecting one and only one person now? If we all had to make a list of every person we respect every time we wanted to tell a person we respect them, we'd never stop typing. Go find something that actually matters to prattle on about.

Beautiful practice! Thanks for sharing! I’ll do this one till I strengthen my wrists then I’ll try the other flow session again!
Love the background in this one & all of your videos really! I have fixed up a place on my back porch for art & yoga/meditations. It’s my zen place! I have wind chimes hanging, a water fountain I made, rain catchers, humming bird feeders! It’s a beautiful area that I worked very hard on! I painted birch trees on the walls! I’m very proud of my little space! Took me a few years to get it where I wanted it! I can listen to the birds singing in the mornings & the crickets chirping in the evenings. Sometimes my owl friend pays a visit at nighttime. I do live in a busy county, but this space is mine & the way I fixed it up it helps drown out all the traffic & noise around me! Little things like that anyone can do that live in a busy town. Fix up the backyard. Save money for a “she shed”! Takes time but can be done! Just sharing advice for anyone reading who wants their own space as well! I found a DIY tutorial on the water fountain! I always feel as if I’m right there with you practicing in all the lovely areas you shoot these videos in!
Have a beautiful Sunday & thanks again for helping me wake up my body this morning!
    Namaste 🙏

Excellent for me! (If you find this too fast, you need to probably do a fundamental class first so you know the poses as she calls them). I am getting back into YOGA after being a YOGA WARRIOR and injuring myself. I LOVE flows and this is a great one for me to strengthen and loosen every part of me enough to find my way back to a full-length, challenging flow.

I don't have a yoga mat, I haven't actually exercised in 25 years (other than work and raising kids) and am thin, but very out of shape. Since I've changed so much of my diet and lifestyle over the past couple of years I figured I'd try out yoga. This is the first video I've actually tried to follow all the way through and even though I'm far from accomplishing most of these positions fully I feel like they're positions I would have no problem working into if I work at them daily. Thank you for sharing this! I feel like this is the right time and your teaching is the right fit for me.

I appreciate you so much, these videos are healing my traumatized body and mind. Your presence is calming and strong, and for someone who has been through what I have, exactly what I need. Thank you for doing this because I cannot afford to go to yoga class.. normally I dread yoga videos, but I feel very relaxed the whole time, never bored and I am learning.
