- Star Wars The Acolyte reviews are nearing their end as the season 1 finale draws close. Leslye Headland has given interviews about the latest Lucasfilm disney+ Star Wars show, and as ever they make the episodes make less sense. Osha, Mae and Manny Jacinto are all on a planet to save one another, while trying to believe that Amandla Stenberg is interested in him. While the Disney audio description makes The Acolyte more funny than the script. Is there any viewership left watching for the story rather than laughs? Is there going to be a second series of The Acolyte? Is The Acolyte worth watching?

The Acolyte Reviews are almost here for the Disney+ Star Wars Finale episode. As the audio description of Leslye Headlands tv show will no doubt be far more hilarious than intended, what does the script have in store for us? Apart from Manny Jacinto thirst I'm not sure what the finale can provide that will actually bring in fans. Is there any mystery left? Any surprise that hasn't already been predicted long ago? With 8 episodes of an incredibly slow show that has disappointed even the low expectations of the people who actually liked the show. The finale will no doubt be a car crash that doesn't deserve a season 2. But hopefully, will get one. Because The Acolyte has hit that so bad it's funny level, and I'd be happy for more. But what do you think? Let me know your thoughts down below and as always, thanks for watching :)

It’s not even AI. It’s the normal blind narration version. Some actual human wrote that narration which I think makes it even more hilarious.

The only witch who was killed by a jedi was queen mother and it was because she turned into a smoke demon and tried to do...something to Mae whom Sol was trying to protect. It was a misunderstanding that came about because queen mother was hostile during their initial talk.

I remember when Revenge of the Sith first came out. It was enjoyable, but many pointed out plot holes, inconsistencies, and the terrible acting of Hayden.
Now, everyone swears Hayden carried the film, and points at the most ludicrous comics or statement of some book made years after RofS to explain away plot holes 😅

Why? Because many of them are (or at least were) written by men.

What surprises the hell out of me and I used to be one of the biggest Star Wars fans around. People actually still watch Star Wars. I tried coming back once with Obi-Wan and instantly regretted it. I barely made it to 3 episodes.
Well of course many people still watch Star Wars, the movies are classic!

Disney+ demonstrates that following streaming services is a mistake. Buy physical media of great classic shows. No ads, no increasing subscriptions, no annoying logo in the corner of the screen, no scrolling through pages of garbage in the hope of finding something you like.

I'm ambivalent about the show ending. On the one side, thank god there is no more of this dreck and hopefully that insufferable rich, privileged, half-white, "oppressed" activist will be fired from everything and the P(ervert) Assistant to Harvey Weinstein will be shortly be following suit. On the other, the show has been such a weath of content for content creators to mine into videos and programs that have been infinitely more entertaining than The Acoshyte ever was, so I'm sad that font for content will be exhausted.

You're right, in ep. 4 Jecki said "it's always an honor to see something being turned into the force" referring to the bug getting killed, so Diverse Space Witch Leader is confirmed to have been trying to kill Mae, and Squid Game saved her

To be honest, I don’t think there were enough witches to qualify as Gino, particularly when portrayed as so insular that they would have disappeared due to old age in just a few decades.
Gino refers to a genos being destroyed, as there were many species represented it is the wrong term. It was clearly based on religion.

And Disparu, you should know the British are a light in the darkness with cheery optimism - just think about our Cornish Tom Bombadil with his combined harvester (& Pollyanna expression pics)!

The article tries to argue this show is the least popular because it has no recognizable characters. This argument is so absolutely f*ing dumb. You know what didn't have any recognizable characters? Star Wars. Toy Story. Breaking Bad. Game of Thrones. Literally any single new IP there ever was. It's not about having recognizable characters, it's about building, writing, making the next generation of recognizable characters.
Whatever you might think of the show, I never watched it, the Mandolorian didn't have known characters or at least not on the level of the movies. It was a hit for lots of people until season three.
