Joe and Marty.....man, reminds me of being a kid. My whole family are Reds fans and I grew up with these voices as an audio backdrop to many memories. This one belongs to the Reds!
you're welcome if you use FB I have some complete games and highlights I'm sure there are some Phils in there. Check the video section or search Phillies in search bar. facebook.com/groups/330880964520821
I’m surprised you don’t have Pete Roses 3000th hit. I was there on May 5, 1978. Pete Rose breaking Ty Cobbs record would have been a good one as well. Love Marty and Joe. Went to bed listening to the game every night as a kid.
Oh my, been looking for this for some time. i was at that first game when Tony Perez hit the walk off. I was high in LF so never saw the ball cross the fence but the crowd erupted as did I. Never heard the radio call, this is just perfect. Thank you!!!!
Thank you for all of these wonderful posts I remember listening to the Tony Perez Homer with my late Grandfather and Grandmother great memories listening to Marty and Joe miss em.
Excellent video! Is there any way in the comments or video description that you could include the time stamp and date of all the clips? For example: • 6:50 - Ken Griffey 500th HR - June 4th, 2004

Thank you for this, on the quest to find video or radio footage of every phillies game played. Things like this are priceless for it!

Great memories.
Jr's 500th homer was not in the 70's or 80's. He didn't come to cincy until like 1999!😂
Thanks, yes The Kid's 500th was in the 2000s this is the only exception the rest are 70s and 80s.
