    I also have pear shape body so i can relate with you, those heavy thighs with so much side fat looks so weird 😢. I also wanna reduce weight, also did intermittent fasting but due to pcos didn't get much benefit , but now i will start again. How are ur thighs now , do you still have saddlebags .

      Yeah I have ... because we are pear shape and we should accept ourselves . Because we are unique.. we should only focus on our healthy weight. Because I had seen many lean pear shape girls they also have side fats ... it's unique just accept yourself only focus on health ❤

      Yes babe .. One suggestion if you want visible result then you must track your weight and include some workout like running jogging dance cardio .... determination is important

      @@ifrakhan8653 maine intermittent fasting follow kiyaa 16/8 with home food and Mera PCOS bhi clear ho gaya or Mera weight 3 month me clear hua 10 kg mai sab khati hu thi bas suger maida hataa Diya tha baki sab khati thi portion control kar ke or aj ka weight Mera 67.90 tha 😀 I'm so happy seen this weight

      Yes ! Gym helps alot to tone your body and gym give you discipline,,, also a workout environment!!! So if you can't do workout by yourself ,you can go for gym ... just start and don't give up ... and yes don't forget to follow diet plan ...
