returning to pick more of a storytelling song, sets a good head-nodding vibe, and easing those notes out. This was cute and Fun. and Authentic. So cool.
Way to come back strong my friend. Super proud of you Al! My sons started shouting "daddy we know him! Your friend is singing on TV! They were cheering so loud when Reba turned her chair Show them what they missed out on last season! Can't wait to watch you represent the Boot and blow everyone away with that country funk sound.
Nice to see Al Boogie back on the show again! I remember he was really good and fun last season but I also needed more than that. Here he comes in with a better song choice. I'm still not a fan of the song but man Al Boogie killed that! I couldn't help but dance to this and I was cheering for Reba to turn for him. Reba is the best coach for him so I can't see Al Boogie picking the other coaches so maybe only Reba turning was probably the best thing. I'd love to hear him do some Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, George Jones, Conway Twitty, and some Merle Haggard songs.
Do to Al boogie being a certified Bryce leatherwood but worse I'm surprised Blake didn't turn for him I'm sorry I didn't expect reba to have such mid hearing abiltys
Niall John and Gwen were right on though. When he speaks he has so much range. He really needs to bring that and the passion into his singing too. It sounded like he didn't understand why he was saying the lyrics he was saying when he was singing. He's really gotta understand the text and why he's saying each word to take us on a journey with him
What's with the sound quality on theses videos? As soon as the talking starts the sound gets distinctly muted and then production plays music over it all. Very frustrating.
It’s like they are purposely not picking the best country singers to be on this show anymore. This guy was good, he just sounds like most singers at the bar…nothing separates him or any of the others.
Just something 'bout Country that's so good. No matter talent, genre, Country vocalists are the best; Win, lose or draw. American music, history stories told, sad, happy, soul, blues, excellent musicians; Tapestry of America's early immigrant influences. Something for everyone in Country music.
Congrats Al Boogie and good luck to you and Reba. I am not at all someone who understands music or even the American country culture but as a general viewer somehow the genre of country music seems like a hard core niche with typical music, voices, twangy sounds, growl and doesn't seem to be much creative or heart touching. It's all just silly fun and funky and kinda one-time trick but overtime I get bored watching similar performances and is kinda a turn off. And I understand people who like this genre and are fans, it's just my opinion.
You just Need to broaden your exposure, but your superficial assessment is condescending. I’m not American nor do I like country but it’s like saying Indian music is Bollywood cinema music, lacks depth and range. It’s just wrong. Try listening to faith hill, Brett young, Garth brooks, there are deeply (emotionally) sophisticated men and women who have made music in us country music for decades.
@Jaira : Yes, Country music can be "silly fun" ("Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off"), but the thing that is probably the most loved element, of Country music, is the story telling.... Here are two very, very heartfelt songs---if these don't make you feel something.... Well, I just can't help ya!! LOL Brooks and Dunn - "Believe" ruclips.net/video/X5z-jjWyAJQ/видео.htmlsi=4C7wvZRP7PpI3COY Chris Stapleton - "Tennessee Whiskey" ruclips.net/video/IBLruNfUqUs/видео.htmlsi=Hwdc_Hyd8Z8ZWS7w
One person comes to mind who who’ll make you feel things in country music. Carrie Underwood Give her a listen and then report back on your feelings lol! Specifically “Before he cheats” and “Blown Away” both by Carrie Underwood
The performance was a bit to gravely when I feel like it didn't needed to be. Seems like everyone is trying to go the Chris Stapleton route on performances. I could just be biased because Diffie is one of my absolute favorites.
Reba has to wait til the end. I feel bad because most of the time she doesn't get chosen unless it's a homegrown country fan. And nobody wants tots. This guy was ok but he won't make it far
This guy is pure country. I wish him luck. He's got a good coach. But would somebody tell gwen that you can't LEARN COUNTRY. You either ARE or you're NOT. It's either in your soul or it's not. If it's not, you're not going far in country music. And gwen is NOT country no matter how hard she tries to be.

Right ?? I loved the energy

Wat part of la
Alright now I sure loved his performance ! This cowboy sounded awesome and has great stage presence ! You go !
I hope he goes far I don’t live very far from Gonzales La 😊
@@lesliefaskeI will be rooting for him ! I feel he’s gonna go real far !
I'm not much of a country music fan but Reba is so darn cute and sweet!
I do love all the positive words from coaches
Well al welcome to team mama Reba and Joe diffie would've been so amazingly proud to hear your voice your wonderful

Once he said his name, I immediately remembered him from last season!
I think he's got more going on than he showed in that song. I am happy. 90s country represent!
oh he does and I think reba knew that
, country is known here n some parts of Asia because of 90s and early 2000s, those songs are timeless,
I really should listen to more country music. I loved the lyrics of that song!!
That’s awesome! So glad Reba is here!
He sounds so good that I can’t even wait to see him again after the workouts w/ his Coach!!! I believe we’re looking at the winner!! 😊❤❤❤❤
With a name like Al Boogie he should already be in the finals and on to stardom.
This dude's just as good as Bryce leatherwood in terms of a name he is a verified Bryce leatherwood but honestly slightly worse
Do to Al boogie being a certified Bryce leatherwood but worse I'm surprised Blake didn't turn for him I'm sorry I didn't expect reba to have such mid hearing abiltys
God bless Country Music !!!! Argentina here.-
I would love to see him sing the old country music, I loved his voice ❤❤
I love and miss 90s country too
Glad to see him back, hopefully he can go far in the competition!
Amazing this man needs to sing boot scootin’ boogie by Brooks & Dunn
“That was with a capital C Country” haha love it
I love there's not even a second thought from her being called ma'am, or him saying it. That's the way I was raised
Acho que a Reba parece uma boneca de tão linda 🥰😍😄
Hoping He Wins
Al has a great voice
He's good but you feel like you've heard a thousand other singers just like him.
Totallyy
And I feel like this is the type of country singer that goes far in the competition ☠️
It makes me mad thinking he got a turn while the man singing "Let her go" didn't.
@@alfonzogomez3846This would have been correct if that one tall country guy was still a coach

I think Reba will give him some learnin', in that direction---no one can emote like she can!! He might end-up being a dark horse!!
Al+Good+Friends+Redej
He works with my hubby!! Great audition!! 😉
He was good lol I never heard of the song ever but I liked him
My dude killin it!!!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Awesome ❤
He has a good voice needs to make a record excellent voice
Go Rebaaaaaaa
What's with the sound quality on theses videos? As soon as the talking starts the sound gets distinctly muted and then production plays music over it all. Very frustrating.
Only you, i find 0 problem with the sound
He was awesome, I can't believe he didn't get 4chairs. Plus I loved Joe Diffie!
This guy is good!!!
Love it great job
I love this song ♥️♥️
It’s his wife singing along for me 😊
Bro looked so stoned lol
I bet y'all's ratings went up when you got Reba !!
You better sang you rock ❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊
Mama Reba ❤
❤ his voice!!
Would love to hear him do keith whitley
A lot better than I thought it was going to be, the question is is he good enough to win this show, I don’t know!
a UNIVERSAL sponsored show is always brutal, it’s always best for singers to just hav fun doin it
1:00
Nice job❤
I liked👌
a dude that sounds country wow..
i liked it. but, i still wouldn't trade it for a coupe DeVille
:)
It’s like they are purposely not picking the best country singers to be on this show anymore. This guy was good, he just sounds like most singers at the bar…nothing separates him or any of the others.
Blake we miss you
all my fav were turn out to be piety picks (no 4 chairs), but I believe
he might not win the voice but get this guy to just read the news and you will have your self a nice sounding, depressing song.
He should have been a 4 chair turn. He’s better than most of the 4 chair turns.

@@Rubylove48 yeah I understand. May be am not just into that kinda music. Although I'll try listening to the people you suggested. Thank you. :)

I personally think blake's God's country would've probably bring him 4 chair turn lmao
I would love some tots
anyone else notice the overall lack of country singers this season. Plenty of black RB, vocalist and others.
Jirka kolbe
I would've turned fatser!!! Hahahhaa
Why do I think Reba hates that song lol
It was good enough for this show. But I guess singers like him are needed because someone has to go home in the next few rounds.
Reba has to wait til the end. I feel bad because most of the time she doesn't get chosen unless it's a homegrown country fan. And nobody wants tots. This guy was ok but he won't make it far
I’m sad he didn’t make to the knockouts
I believe he has potential but I believe that was a poor song choice. His voice is clear and rich.
Sounds a little like Charlie Daniels
Didn't seem to be the best song for him. It didn't showcase what he is able to do. Niall is right, lacked passion.
agree. I think Reba hates that song from this perspective but heard dsomething and felt she could turn him into greatness
@@unprocessed_life Right. He might be amazing. We'll see what Reba does! I'm excited she's on this season.

yeah she thinks marrying a man who is country makes you able to learn it probably. COUNTRY IS PURE SOUL and not the john legend kind
@@unprocessed_life Exactly. Thank you for acknowledging that. We need more people to know that and keep REAL soulful country music alive.
bad
No not only no but hell no
