I also listen to a guitar player named Joe satriani this guy makes a guitar talk. Greatest guitar player I've ever heard in my whole life if you ever heard him play you would be blown away you've never heard sounds come out of a guitar until you hear him play.
So much country talent. Can't wait to hear more from them. Sadly most of them get chewed up in the competition in Nashville. I am in love with Lyric!!!!!!!
The reason Idol has come up with so many great country singers is because country music is so singable, so 'interpret-able', it tells a story and has a mood - you don't get much of that in pop but country just about requires those things. Amazing talent here. Look at the country singers who've made good or great careers from Idol - it was their springboard.
Vocals can be taught. If your heart says sing, about dammit you sing! No need for perfection when connecting on the soul level that music communicates on
Each and every one of you do not be discouraged you have a God-given talent don't let anyone else tell you you don't I don't care if they sit there and judge you and slam their hands down just keep singing I'm practicing and go to Nashville Tennessee Y'all are all good so very 😊 I think some of the judges can't relate with your style of saying sometimes because it's not their style so what do your thing don't listen to everyone criticize you and you know you can do it
This guy, Colin Stough reallyreally sounds like Ronnie Van Zant a lot 😊 wow, each voice is unique in its own way, but this guy has got a career I think they all have a good career ahead of them

Most Definitely! Colin had the best voice and range of all the male singers. I love that each week he brought a song that was totally different from the previous one and nailed all of them. He made them his own. I have nothing against Iam. He has a nice voice but I felt his songs were all fairly similar and I didn't see him challenge himself to different types of songs that were more difficult in ranges etc. If you recall, Adam Lambert didn't win either and he had probably one of the most incredible ranges and pure singing talent of any AI contestant. Although the voters went for Iam, no doubt Colin has a very promising professional career ahead of him. He is going to make it big. I hope he remains humble and proud of where he comes from.
Anyone of these singers should be and could have won this ……. They all that good with little between them …. Such a pity they not all the winners…. Very high bar this 2023….
Let’s don’t get to many Chris Stapleton want a be’e. The guy on the piano was so good. Keep writing those songs and the young man from Mississippi was so handsome and sweet. He is like Elvis Presley was. Kind and sweet with a ton of charisma He sounded a lot like Laine Hardy and just so pleasing to look at and listen too.

Colin Stough and We Ani both deserved to win. It is criminal to put these incredibly talented people through the contest process only to leave with nothing. Once the finalists are selected, executives from the top recording companies should have front row seats. Any offers they make can be done back stage and in private. Both AI and The Voice should be doing this. It is absolutely logical to add this, which cost the production little to nothing. The bottom line is that adding this feature would enable both contests to offer the contestants something much more than a winner take all process. It would be interesting to know how many artists do not apply, just to avoid near certain rejection.
