ABOUT THE VOICE
The four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" returns as Queen of Country Reba McEntire claims her red chair alongside last season's champ, Niall Horan, and returning superstar coaches John Legend and Gwen Stefani as they vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon.
The show's innovative format features five stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Knockouts, Playoffs and Live Performance Shows.
This season, the block returns to the Blind Auditions, and during Battles, each coach will have two steals to use. The Three-Way Knockouts are also back. This time, however, artists will select their own songs to perform.
Once the Live Performance Shows begin, the top artists will compete against each other weekly during a live broadcast. This time, the television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. In the end, one artist will be named "The Voice" and receive the grand prize of a recording contract.

The goth sister. The big hick dad crying at the end. The aggressive fist pump by mom. The ultra talented singer. I love this family
Me, too!!! People been sayin' they should have their own TV show!!! LOL I say "Why not"; "Duck Dynasty" has done, well !!!
That’s the REAL America right there!!!!!
@@Gribmaster123 🎯 ❤️
I love your summing up. LMAO. So true. They represent every emotion we are feeling. Like a band of emojis.
Her Dad is quite articulate! I watched an interview with Ruby and her Father. He is a devoted family man too. No wonder Ruby is such an incredible young woman!
The goth sister jamming out is what real family is about. ❤
YES! Makes me laugh every time.
It's amazing. 🌝🌚
💯
YESSS I LOVE THE GOTH SISTER 💛💛💛
Imma give you one more like ;)
Right she’s so cool
Right before she starts to yodel for the first time, you can see her eyes shift and focus with such determination on Reba's chair, as if saying "Alright, this part is for you..." and then her grin of joy when she indeed turns. Mission accomplished. Just absolutely fantastic.
damn. had to go watch that a few times to see it. you got some razor sharp eyes to see that.
I noticed that Reba waited until she started yodeling before Reba made her decision were the last two kinda waited for her lead.
So observant.
And Legend's nod is kinda like "Yeah, girl, go get 'er."
Then the smile of relief and head nod to Reba. Love her so much.
Everyone is commenting about her dad crying, but even more so impactful to me is that from the very beginning her sister is SOBBING because she is so proud!!! Such a beautiful thing to witness
That's exactly what got me too!!
If I’m really honest, I’m colorblind and so she just always blended into the background for me, I had never noticed her prior, just cuz her mom is so brightly dressed.
When I tell you I rewound the video, watched it, and started sobbing myself haha!
My wife said the same exact thing
It gets me every time. So moving
The support from whole family and the TALENT of that young woman is mind blowing.
Her father tearfully yelling "I told you, Ruby" melted my heart! Such a supportive family!
Family is gold
Everyone in her family is so aggressively supportive, and I'm living for it. 😭
When her sister, who I would bet is not much of a country fan just falls apart... Everyone should have family like that.
not enough people are talking about the power she has in belting. like of course that yodeling was perfect and insane, but the fact she can flawlessly belt that one part over and over again was crazy.
YES, THAT'S RIGHT 😅😂 Ruby is awesome & her voice is ELECTRIFYING, TRUELY ALIVE CRISP, CLEAR, SHARP PITCH & GET US AAAAAALL OFF OUR FEET ❤😅😂 RUBY, THE WORLD IS UR OYSTER & U ARE THE PEARL. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE U IN CONCERT RUBY ❤😮😊😅😂😊❤
💯
It's what made John Legend first turn his chair....well BEFORE the yodeling. A star is born!
When she says sunsets in the west, that part HITS
Her vocal power reminds me of Linda Ronstadt. So incredible.
The best part of this video for me is her family crying in joy. They KNEW she was good. But they lived in the middle of nowhere, likey with limited resources. Them making the trip and effort to let her audition shows that they had total confidence in her. The reaction to her victory was vindication, as well as joy. That's a good family.
Perfectly put!😊
A supportive family can make or break an artist! SO happy to see she has so much love and support behind her
I looked up Foley and it's tiny. Only 161 people BUT it is just north of St Louis. I put it in Google Maps from my apartment in south city St Louis and it's only 1hr away from me and only 20 minutes from the very populated St Charles county suburbs.
AND I wouldn't mind at all owning an album of hers.
Exactly, I’m not American and this is the only thing I’ve seen but I could tell that from the first look at her family that this is so big for them
I’m not a country fan by ANY means. But holy COW this girl is insanely impressive. Even crazier to know she’s only 16. I think she could EASILY win this whole thing. I’m hoping she does. Because this is the most impressive thing I’ve seen on this show.
I've sensed it since the beginning... That she'll win .... And I'll be extremely surprised if she doesn't. She's my pick for sure #teamreba
There's a video of her at 12 singing for someone who signed her guitar. They mentioned she had only had ten lessons on guitar. She was great even then.
Super strong voice.
I, too, am not much of a country fan, but I just can not deny how much I LOVED this audition. It's spectacular!
Im also not a contry fan but if she won or had an album i would listen to this nonstop, she's so mesmerizing i will be shocked if she doesn't win
This was the most solid performance I’ve ever seen in my life.
Any girl, who in 2023, can rock an audience as hard as she did, and do it with a song that is nearly 100 years old, is going to be a massive success!❤
Exactly
Absolutely!
Ohhhh I absolutely 💯 agree
I COMPLETELY agree
Oh, wow! I'll have to look up the original singer.
This never fails to make me cry. The talent, her nod when Reba turns around, dad crying, sister who is a polar opposite being incredibly supportive and crying, dad yelling “I told you”. Ugh, unmatched
❤
Seriously! This family emitted so much love and support. 🥲 I had to rewatch it again and again. By far my favorite!
You just read my mind! Said everything that I was thinking.
The other thing I noticed was how intently John Legend was listening and it was as if. the second time she hit those high notes consecutively, he was sold on her.
The goth-sister was so adorable. In fact they all were, so wholesome ❤
All I know is if Reba McEntire put her arm around me and said “cmon let’s go have a tater tot” I’d believe I already won life and was in heaven. Ruby’s voice fills your heart!! Reba + Ruby Leigh = a perfect duo.
the tater tots were so random 😅 but yeah reba lets have a tater tot ig
Facts!!!
I think I would simply pass away 😂
REBA IS THIS S***!
And Jordan Rainer ❤
Technically the best audition I’ve seen this season. Maybe not everyone’s cup of tea, but this young lady can truly sing. The power and control she has at 16 is impressive.
I was also blown away! I really hope she wins. It was almost like auto tune, that’s how clear and beautiful her voice is
Song’s speed + high register + yodeling + breathing control, and this young girl just killed it. I’m impressed too, not everyone can do it and I’m not even counting the pressure of being in an audition.
16 is insane!!!!! She’s GIFTEDDD
That's true
spot on
The goth sister and the farmer dad sobbing will never not make me cry
❤
And Mama's fist pump. Ruby must have gotten her courage from her.
Overalls don't make you a farmer 😂
Could the two daughters be anymore different from each other??? And you can tell the parents love each of them unconditionally. Fantastic supportive family!
I'm a true metal head and I've watched this no less than 20x. Stunned!! 😳
She's fantastic!! I wanna hear more!
Me, too!! Massive metalhead, but I appreciate fantastic vocals. Kudos to this youngling! 🤘
That's the thing about is metal heads- our ears are tuned differently. We look for the technicalities in all music. And if it's technically sound, we're all in!! ❤
Omg I thought I was the only one!!😂😂😂😂😭😭😭😭😭 I LOVE U GUYS
😂 a rocker here, country makes me feel cringe. BUT THIS LITTLE LADY RIGHT HERE AWWW GOD I NEED THIS KIND.OF WOMAN
I’m pretty sure we’ll hear more from Ruby whether she wins this competition or not.
Her sister choking back tears and the emotion from her family was everything ❤😊
"Grumpy" is more down to earth than one would expect...
Agree. I also loved her mum's reaction - not over the top, either
@@morganmbartram not at all… for a mum☺️
They must be so proud. She laid everyone out with one heck of a yodel. Loved every last second of that!
Dame girl I love your voice! You definitely have my vote!
That yodelling is inhuman. Can't believe a 16 year old can yodel better than anyone else!! Good job Ruby!!!
Right!? Like i cant believe more people arent talking about how CLEAN her yodels are. And at 16yo? Crazy!
16?!! DAMN! You go girl!!
Her yodelling is just one of the all time best i've heard. The pitch, timing, breath control are all just so pinpointed
She is going to be a legend
She is seriously good singer!
Pls watch Sophia Shkidchenko ...
Was definitely way better than Reba’s and Gwen’s on top of it lol
Absolutely agree! &8 & have heard all the greats. She stands (at the tender age of 16) side by side with the best of all time.
Everyone is commenting about her dad crying, but even more so impactful to me is that from the very beginning her sister is SOBBING because she is so proud!!! Such a beautiful thing to witness
🎯
Very genuine
Sis was so proud 🎉
She made me cry too.
You can see her screaming “YES!!” Toward the end of Ruby’s performance!! I love that they can seem so opposite and still be so visibly close and supportive. I love this whole video for so many reasons
Im desperate for them to release a single of this. I’ve checked for other versions but no one does it like Ruby! I can’t stop listening
I know! I NEED a studio version with Ruby
Same here. Its so freaking good!
I've seen her play this live, more than once, and it's just as impressive if not more! She really is a ln immensely talented young woman!
She could do what billy did with doc in todays world, she’d be a HUGE success singing these classics
Same here.
I LOVE the moment at 0:35 where Ruby goes still and stares at the back of Reba's chair as she launches into an epic yodel run, a siren call urging Reba to turn, and then the nod of satisfaction when the chair moves round. Brilliant.
I really loved that moment too!
She knew this would strongly resonate with Reba.
Ive watched this so many times, and I saw her smile and nod after, but I love that you pointed out that stare of will haha. She’s incredible!
ok
She clearly knows who she wants. It looks like she manifested it by staring at Reba's back chair. Love it.
Her big Dad crying from joy was everything
Seeing his face made me cry. It WAS everything.
That was so sweet 😢
And her sister! ❤️🥹
A proud father who just had acquired a legitimate bragging right indeed . 👍
That got me emotional as well!!!!
The pride on her family's faces have made me watch 100x.
Same!!!❤
Same! Love them!
"I Wanna Be a Cowboy's Sweetheart" was originally performed by Patsy Montana in 1935, and she was the first female country artist to sell more than a million copies. It's been covered by HUNDREDS of country stars like Suzy Bogguss, the Dixie Chicks, and LeAnn Rimes. Ruby Leigh's performance here is easily in the same rank and file as one of the top covers.
Cyndi lauper did this with jewell as well that i found here on youtube 😊 it heightens the patsy cline vibes i got when jewell covered her song on the masked singer. Never realized just how versatile jewell's voice & ability reached.
Dixie chicks suck, I have not forgot what they did.
Omg Suzy Boggus did a cover? Did patsy cline ever cover it?
@@rayromero4228 have listened to many if not most of patsy clines music, but never came across a cover of i wanna be a cowboys sweetheart
@@crystalbluewaters me too lol
This isn't my usual type of music, but it's impossible to deny her talent. Vocally she's perfect, her control is exceptional! Well deserved, she's gifted.
Also the pride on her Daddy's face just warms my heart! So beautiful seeing parents and families support their kids no matter what their talent is.
Love her
I love the contrast between sisters, mom, dad. You can definitely see Mom & Dads ability to let their kids be who they are 💕 love it!
Her voice is so good!
Good job
Good
Good
Is amazing
Nice
Anybody else listened to this about 497 times so far? Just me?
Her voice is just AWESOME. And such a fun and catchy song. Bravo!
i can’t stop it’s bad
I keep playing it over and over. I hope she records it so I can buy it.😊
Just u 😂😂😂
Me also she is class.
496!
I can’t believe that yodeling got over 2.4 million views.. by far the best performance in the blind auditions.. PERIOD!!! I can watch this performance over and over again.. it’s amazing
Same
Heck a month later it's up to 3.4M views!
That last section/arrangement of yodelling from 1:29 to 1:33 I have listened to more times than I want to admit! The vocal control, breathing, power and range is BEYOND! That can not be taught! You either have the ability or you don't! She could win this show if they do not try to change her and let her stick to Western Country which is clearly what she does best!!
She killed it
She more than killed it
If she doesn’t win.
My wife and I within 5 seconds said “she’s the best singer yet”.
Then she yodeled and we lost our minds
Gotta give John legend credit. He heard that talent immediately
She's gon win it. No one's audition has been as flawless as this one. Insane talent at 16 years of existence!
Only one week in. A lot can happen in future Auditions
Mac Royal
Usually the ones who should win it don’t always win at the end.
Incredible talent this year definitely going to be hard for her to win but she’s a contender
ok
I’m not a country music fan in the slightest but ruby has captivated me with her outstanding talent. I must of watched her sing in this clips at least 5 times. If she released this song as a full cover, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Reba and her are going to be a dynamic duo!
I've literally watched it around 200 Times!'💯 👍 🏆💞
Same ! She is so good
Reba and Ruby. It just fits perfectly.
Some of THEE best yodeling I’ve ever heard. The command she has of her voice is undeniable. A strong gifted singer, no ordinary canary.
Ok she’s not my cup of tea at all but the notes she’s singing are INSANEEE. She’s incredible.
Best performance yet. If she doesn’t win I’ll be shocked. And 16??? Clear, quick, breath control, etc. it’s wild.
I KNOW HER IRL SHES LEGIT AND AMAZING
lol we all knew she would pick Riba.
Came here to say exact same thing!!!! She's amazing!!!!! Stay true to who you are Ruby!!!! Such a fan already
She wont win. I'll come back after finals
Check out Ilinca Bacila’s blind audition (she’s performing the same song) on The Voice of Romania from 2014! It’s amazing too!
That dad, loosing it when his sees his baby rocking the house and seeing her dream come true......that gets me every time
I know ruby and her family personally and I literally can't express how proud of her I am
I love how he father says "Ruby, I told you." Yes he is soooooooo right!
Is she from Fulton or Foley? My aunt lives in Fulton. Amazing performance!! ❤️
@@marcaylaamadei7603 It sounded like Foley to me, north of St. Louis near the river.
I couldn’t tell but thought I seen something on the tv station close to fulton about her audition
@@marcaylaamadei7603 It's Foley, you can find it on google Maps N. of St. Louis, as someone else said. I believe there was even a TV spot about her, before her Audition
I saw this young lady performing in the town where I live. She packed the house, took requests and blew everyone away with her talent. Good luck Ruby!!!
I've seen her in my town and yep phenomenal!
Yep... "name something and I'll give it a try"...
J.P.’s Hideout?
@@abommarito1yep. They have the best food too!
Where is JP’s. If mid mo I haven’t found it
That is the cleanest, most pleasant yodeling I have heard in my life. Thank you for staying true to your roots! That was amazing!
She is a very good yodeler in the tradition of the great Roy Rogers and Don Walser. Among recent female American yodelers is Jewel ( Clark)
In your laaafe?
Her intonation is ridiculously good! Her technique is phenomenal! She is as close to perfectly in the center of those high notes as she can be. Then, those yodels just send chills to my body. Her voice is as sharp as a knife and it really pierced right through! She’s a beast!
The way she handles her breathing is amazing, never ran out of air to complete the phrases of the song, even when it was going very fast
Yes!
Yes! Her control and power are unmatched!!!! I hope she and Reba win this!
Finally some real old singing, we get surprised now and then, Sierra Ferrell comes to mind.. Most people don't even understand this music, let alone more of the cowboy copas like genre of country music. She has some Patsy Cline warm resonance at the summary phrases of the lines. I am very impressed. Handle that Carry Underwood....
I'm living for her 90s goth sister vibes. Also her voice is AMAZING!!! Yes yes yesssss
I swear I read this comment right as they showed the family and I couldn't help but burst out laughing.
@@Henry-cf4oo I guess it wasn't a phase after all.
It's amazing how different children from the same family, are so different in everyway. I like that they are so different, it's neat to see. An this young lady is amazing. She is still a kid, and she has a voice, and control of someone three times her age.
I was gonna ask if Marilyn Manson performed too?
I've gone back and found some other versions, but holy cow! She just belts the bejesus out of this song!!
No shade to the other singers of the song, but she kills every single one of them. Ruby's is superior to all of them, for real.
I cannot get enough of this audition. Crystal clear voice, fun, authentic country, and a breath of fresh air. Hee dad is awesome, too. Wow!
She deserves to win
So cool man incredible
@@crossoverbunchshow8793Hells yeah she does just like Putri Ariana!!♥️🙏🏻💯🔥
I literally have watched this over 50 times in the last couple of days... Great family she's got there; lots of love there man. Her daddy is so fun to watch, I have tears in my eyes every single time I watch this over his blessed reaction. I hope this chick wins because she's just extraordinary. And I listen to everything from hardcore rap to heavyass metal to jazz, etc., but I've been a huge Reba fan since Rumor Has It and it's really cool that she's got Ms. Ruby on her team, man. Love it. And it warms my heart to hear all y'all who felt the same way about her daddy (and whole family) that I do...! ❤
And I LOVE her yodeling! I want to hear more of it! That’s authentic country music!
WOW! Talk about VOCAL POWER FOR DAYS! Ruby is definitely one to watch! Loved this
You should hear her live in a small bar. She doesn't hold back and her voice fills the whole room completely. Plus a really great person and a really great family.
Her vocal power is the first thing that registered in my ears! THIS AUDITION IS CRAZY GOOD!
I love how they all look to Reba with such intensity like: “She’s yours, why aren’t you turning?!” Until she does
Yeah and it looking like Niall gave Reba a dirty look like "why haven't you hit the buzzer yet!" You know Ruby wanted Reba
Omg this lady can belt those notes out ! She blew my mind ! Way to go . To yodel like she does is like she totally brought it . I love her style and Blake you missed out on this one and Queen Miss Reba got her a natural yodeling song bird ! ❤
It may not be the song for everyone, but you can't deny that she is definitely one of the most technically astute people that have auditioned on this show.
She can win this competition you’ll see
Ruby would have won if she was given better song choices like this one
Yes!!! She should have done dolly patsy Mary Chapin carpenter lorrie morgan ur so on point
Ruby picked all of her songs. Initially, I thought that either she didn't know why we fell in-love with her---because she could bring-back that "old Country" sound---or it was that she just didn't want to be in that lane; but, then, I happened to think that her song choices was her wanting to show what-all she could do, with her voice. The problem, is that this ain't "American Idol", where the contestant has to be able to sing, every genre---people can totally win "The Voice", by singin' in their lane!!!
@catwhisperer9489 well she chose the wrong songs she could have done other country classics I mean cowboys sweetheart is like 100 yrs old she could have done other classics I also felt like they changed her style
@@rayromero4228 : No, I don't feel like there was any "they", about it---that's why it was important for me to tell, what Ruby said (that she picked her own songs). Reba coached her to "Ruby-fy" everything she sang---a little yodel, or cry, stuck-in, every once in awhile.
I do agree, though, that other than "Blue", and Linda, she chose, badly.
Look at how much fun she brought to the room!! Everyone was clapping along and bouncing in their chairs! Her voice was flawless and her energy was contagious! If she can keep it up, she'll win this competition. Either way, she will be recording her own records and singing at the Grand Ole Opry soon enough. Reba surely will see to that. Best audition ever...all seasons!
I don't think he will have to change a thing to do what he wants to do, musically. She is doing what she loves to do and that totally came out
Yodel is one of the hardest genre to sing. She nailed it!
I'm always so fascinated to hear people say this, because it's like a rite of passage, in the South, and comes, easily!! My mother taught me, too!! Now, I can't act like I'm as good as her, but....
Her family: 👨🏼🌾👩🏻👩🏻🎤
❤
This has got to be one of the top auditions of all time! Her yodeling, voice and family had me electrified.
When she hit that delayed tempo yodel I was like yeah she got sun special. I watch the show for the soul/R&B singers almost exclusively but this audition was SO DOPE. Excited to see what else she can do this season
Not to take away from Huntley because he's a talented singer, but Ruby could've won if Reba had steered her towards songs like this one that showcased her vocal uniqueness and roots. Lesser known country-western, traditional country or even bluegrass. Instead, she sang John Denver's "Country Roads," the Eagles' "Desperado," and Elvis' "Suspicious Minds" all good, time-tested songs but so overplayed and, dare I say, pedestrian selections. Ruby absolutely killed it, singing LeAnn Rimes's "Blue" and Linda Ronstadt's "Long Long Time," no question. I wish Reba had her reach back into the archives and do more yodeling. Look how happy it made everyone. Maybe Jimmie Rodgers or one of the best female yodelers, Margo "The Tennesee Yodler" Smith (RIP). I would've loved her to sing early k.d.lang "Full Moon Full of Love" or "Three Days." Or Jeannie C. Riley's "Harper Valley P.T.A.," which would've been somewhat ironic given the rollback of women's rights. Anywho, it's just my uneducated opinion. I look forward to listening to Ruby sing whatever she wants to in the future.
May sound strange but this made this grown man tear up. This young lady is immensely talented and sings like she’s from a different place in time. Cowboy culture has a special place in my heart, so this hit me right in my soft spot! Incredible!
Her voice is so pure. Reality television is good for *some* things. I get to stand here in Harlem and listen to this young woman's powerful, and yes, piercing voice. It's doubtful that I would've heard something like this otherwise. Her talent is Undeniable. And only 16 years old. I hope she goes far. I've listened to this 3 times already. Her voice makes me happy.
I love that you said her voice makes you happy 😊
HOW DID THIS GIRL NOT WIN IT IS A SERIOUS CRIME JUST LISTEN TO HER AND THEN LISTEN TO THE WINNER ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE DO YOU AGREE????
Her control and clarity for 16 is unreal. This type of music may not be everyone’s cup of tea but there’s a reason those judges all turned. John legend first of all of them. She has a gift
Wow. That was unexpected. That girl can yodel. Reba can do it all.
That wasn't a audition, it was the best performance ever on season 24 of the voice.🎉
I dont care if you're not a fan of this type of music that was literal perfection.
WOW I can't recall the last time I heard a better yodeler!!!! People don't understand how difficult that is!!!!! She has some impressive vocal power!!!!
There was a blonde one a few years ago that was really good too.
Cowboy sweetheart was already auditioned too few years ago. And it was good
Check out Austin Brown from Home Free. He yodels on their cover All About That Bass and Thank God I'm a Country Boy.

This is the first time in a long time that I've heard a Voice contestant and thought they could be a big star with longevity. Her voice is soooooo good!
Yodeling actually takes A LOT more vocal control than you can imagine -- especially when you do it this well.❤
Auditions like this are why this show is great. And her family just makes it a million times better. Her dad looks like he was born on a farm and her sister looks like she worships Moloch yet supports her fun loving sibling. Incredible.
Her dad looks like he just got in from tilling the fields 😂 Amazing!

Ruby was the best she should have won I hope she makes more songs ill buy every one of them my favorite singer she is better than any other singer that I ever heard of siung 5:31 5:31 5:31 5:31 5:31 5:31 5:31 n 5:31
And the parents seem like they understand their daughters, and just let them be, and they are all so beautiful. This is going in my brain as a favorite.
I just had to watch this perfect and phenomenal audition again for the millionth time in celebration of Ruby Leigh announcing yesterday 4-26-24 that SHE WILL BE MAKING HER DEBUT ON THE GRAND OLE OPRY August 2, 2024!!!!!!! From The Voice stage to The Grand Ole Opry stage...HER BIGGEST DREAM HAS COME TRUE!! She will absolutely blow them ALL away, and they will love her there as much as ALL of her FANS do!!! Ruby Leigh... I'm soooo HAPPY and EXCITED for YOU!! 🤩
That's my birthday. What a great present from Ruby - her wonderful voice.
I've seen several Voice stars on the GOO. I want them to book A Boy Named Tom. They played Schimerhorn and it was amazing
Now get that album out girl and don't let them turn you into some pop princess!
She should have won. She was way better than the guy that won
Yes,she should win .But however, being Runner up is not that bad.
Her Papa’s face says it all that’s his baby girl singing her best! She is amazing. ❤
The yodeling, the belting, the tonality, the agility, it's incredible. This is REALLY hard to sing. Like harder than pretty much any pop song.
I cannot express how difficult yodeling is. And she’s 16!!! I’m on the floor
Her vocal clarity is sooooo good. Amazing voice! Regardless of how you feel about the song choice, her voice is incredible
I had the opportunity to hear her sing at an open mic night in St. Charles, MO, when she was maybe 13. She sang this song which was impressive, and followed it up with an REO Speedwagon song which I rather enjoyed. I spoke with her Dad who was humble and committed to helping his daughter succeed. At the time, he spoke about getting Ruby to audition for the Voice, which seemed to be in the “dream” stage at the time. I am so thrilled to see that Ruby was able to make it on to that stage. Good things are in store…
Her voice on its own was amazing, but her yodeling?!! Absolute perfection! I couldn’t sit still. Amazing audition and I hope she goes far 🙂
Her voice is so cleaaaar and refreshing
....I desperately need this on spotify. Like so badly. Just wow.
Also, I would LOVE to hear her sing "Dooley" by The Dillards. She'd nail it for sure.
Wow what a voice! I totally see her singing a powerful ballad. I’m not a fan of this type of music but her talent is undeniable. She could literally sing anything. I’m blown away!! Definitely a contender for the finale. Also Ruby and Reba….haha…cute 😊
This girl and her family are the sweetest! Ruby taught Somewhere over the Rainbow to my little girl and brings her on stage to sing everytime we see her!
I bet I've watched this 20 times already I love every aspect of the audition her singing her personality her family. I went and listened to some of her other songs since the audition and she definitely has a chance to win. I agree, seeing her stare at Rebas chair and then nod was awesome. Great talent.
One of the most unforgettable audition... Watched it more than 50 times... Very good
I'm obsessed with this girl. Can't stop watching. Her father's face, full of pride is so sweet.
oh my god her family is so amazing, they are fired UP for their baby. Proud is almost too soft of a term, they know how special Ruby is and they're exploding from relief that the world finally sees it too. Favorite audition on this show in a very long time!!
She’s gonna win
No Klee zemezi is going to
This is what The Voice is truly for. Just completely Amatur singer doing her best and raw Country
Everyone can just forget about it and go home, Ruby Leigh just won the Voice! That baby girl can sing!
John Legend spoke it correctly… he spoke about her preciseness, clarity, tone, etc. This is why we all love her talent, whether it fits in our favorite genre or not-
This girls has talent and knows how to ROCK IT!!!
Two thumbs up for her supportive family. Means the world.
Seeing her family so proud of her and hold back tears just moves me beyond words!! Love is love.
Fabulous young lady
I'm not trying to be mean, but after Ruby's song, Gwen's yodel was...... it was awkward 😅
Damn! Really got me yodeling. Why can't I like this a thousand times
Am i the only one who touched by her performance. (almost cry) I feel her sincerity in her voice. Just want to make us enjoy and smile.
p. s: the edge of her final note are so beautiful 😊
The nod she gave Reva when she turned says it all. I wish her so much success. Incredible talent. Amazing energy. Adorable supportive family from the goth sister to the dad saying i told you. Just beautiful all over.
This one right here was is my absolute favorite number one!! I so hope she goes all the way!!!! She’s freaking amazing. I loved her voice seconds after she began to sing. Phenomenal.
This girl has the clarity, the power and the precision and overall control of Linda Ronstadt! Her song choice showcased her vocal capabilities perfectly! She could probably sing anything and I expect to see her in the finale of not the winner! ❤
She also gives me one of my all time golden classic favorite ms patsy cline vibes
She is the winner
She should have won
I literally come back to this audition everyday and listen to it several times.. INSANE
Same 🙋♀️
my brother and i have both listened to this every single day over and over and over
My mom sang it exactly the same
Rebas yodeling was horrible.
old joke - to yodel just repeat old lady old lady and thats what Reba did.
She is a true gem and her family loves her so much. Mom rooting for her, sister trying not to cry and the best was her Daddy, tears for his baby girl.
