    Taking 5g of this in a cup of warm water before bed has helped _tremendously_ with my throat/ear nerve pain caused by silent reflux (LPR). It's really amazing.

    Thanks for this video,It relieve the pain of G.E R D to the point where i have no more pain at all no stomach burn nothing, i used the bark it self,where it live is its available in abundance

    Thank you. Imagine still effective if mixed into food say mashed avocado or banana,
    or added to cooked buckwheat, amaranth breakfast cereal?

      We can't think that it would hurt, but it has a taste that is not unpleasant, and it forms a coating like substance when mixed with water. So you would probably get the best results from minimal to no mixing, especially if you are talking about heartburn or digestive discomfort.

      Yes. Used just a teaspoon mixed in hot water for mild nausea, most likely due to food sensitivity - immediately effective. Intend to spread the word.
