she seems like a wu you case where she released kinda underwhelming until sakura got added and yamato got his rework, perhaps yuukine will get more units other than sloan and farrah to inflict freeze in the future and she'll shine more, maybe a freeze meta is coming
I actually think her R6 is lowkey broken. Snow cloak only gets removed to block a control effect- not after each blizzard or a teammates bonus turn. Getting two instead of one means teammates can be unaffected by control effects AND the blizzard much longer and her R2 allows her teammates to get snow cloak from just attempting to inflict freeze. You could potentially build a team with everyone using frost set and passively control and kill the other team while also surviving the blizzard. AND get bonus turns every 6 turns. It wouldn’t even matter if the enemy is immune to freeze beyond R2. She can take down teams with R6 Sakura, Lian, and Zi He from her blizzard corroding their defenses and her blizzard doesn’t trigger Wu You either. Add on having D3, snow cloaked teammates essentially will always be immune to the blizzard and control effects. She’s busted lol
This is a much better approach to breaking through Wu You comps. I hated that they made Zi He with the sole intention of countering Wu You... Only for her to be a perfect fit on Wu You comps.
"Farrah not doing enough damage to provide anything for the team" is kinda top tier bullsh*t :/ Don't forget she dispels with her S3 (and with her S2 if you have her divinates). She also has a 40% damage reduction buff, is immune to AP Down, will actively gain AP when being hit if she has her buff up (which she starts with, and gets everytime she uses her S3), and can debuff enemy speed and defense. Remember she dominated the meta when she was released - she might be relatively expensive to build into (especially because she needs high ATK, high Crit Dmg, and at least +160 speed to be useful in PW), but Yukine's presence single-handedly removed the relatively small need for Crit Chance (or high Precision) she had. Don't expect her to be your main nuker, just a secondary damage esper with fantastic utiility, and she'll be great. (Prospective team of mine: Sloan, Yukine, Farrah, Lian/Sakura, Chu Yao/Liam, switch out Farrah for Zi He if you want a tankier team) EDIT: Forgot to say, besides this disagreement over Farrah, great video, as always !

I just bought the pass and she's very good but Su Jue counter her.
If you use freeze set all your team every time they get git they will gain snow clock so R6 is not really that good
