I have a doubt though, if everyone is asking for experience how do we land our first articling job? Is that what the challenge is or is the articling job easier to find than a real properly paid job? Could you please throw some light on this?
Can you assist with recommending assistance with Canadian persecution? International immigrants being extorted. Then Canadian lawyers are targeting as well. Pro bono work is essential 👌 as you never know who or what suffering has occurred... Can you assist?
Have victims got any compensation from local lawyers they had made money by taking half compensation from victims in any lawsuits by so-called legal help?!
I hope you reported the lawyer who offered you that $1000 internship.. disrespecting a fellow lawyer is not a conduct that is promoted by the LSO or any bar

I am pursuing law from india and want to move canada after that. So can i give nca exams after completing my undergraduate or do i need to gain experience first

Work experience is not mandatory to apply for the NCA Assessment!
