Excellent subject. I am glad you ventured out of hard core legal stuff. I think you have also matured in selecting your topics. Really liked this video, it is inspiring, superb recollection of your thoughts and experiences, great advice for budding lawyers. As a senior i can only say that this video exceeded my expectations. Really proud of you. Keep on doing the good work, it helps us all. I would be very happy if you can post your videos regularly, I mean not very frequently. Thanks.
In some way, I think that we tend to focus too much on our goal to complete the whole process without realizing (completely) that time quickly went by. Thank you for this wonderful insight. I sense a teeny bit of regret (?) but in the end, you made it and that's amazing! Love you fam!
Thank you so much for your honest review. Is the NCA exams and the whole articling or lpp program only for litigation? What else can we do if we want to secure a non litigating job in Canada? Like working as an in house role. And what is the scope of ADR in Canada in terms of job opportunities?
You did llb from university of London external program right ? Usually NCA does not accept all the distance learning degrees, they assign 2 years of in person study . What's the situation in case of uol external program do they let you give NCA exams or a two year in Person education
Hello You make very nice informative videos I have one question that if I go for LLM then can I skip the NCA exams requirements? And do I have to go for LLM thesis or non-thesis course?
It's a lot more stressful for NCA candidates, agree 100%. Especially if you are assigned a lot of exams by the NCA or even worse, from an economic standpoint, have to enroll in a CDN law school
I'll get my llb degree next year from an indian law college, can i write the nca & bar papers right away or i need to have some kind of experience in indian courts
Did you complete your LLB from University of London International Programme? If so didn't you face any issues with the NCA since it's a distance learning program?
Great ! And what should I suggest my daughter who is an Advocate in India having 6 years of practice and is moving to Vancouver after marriage…May please advice.
No. Paralegals are also licensed in Canada. You will have to follow paralegal licensing path if you'd like to work as a paralegal. In-house counsels are also licensed lawyers so you can't work unless you are licensed.
Your amazing sincerity is always my motivation and the positive energy I feel in you is enough lessons. I like every of your videos

Agreed!
Hi Rabia, my question is - Can you allowed in Canada to do another job and law practice together unlike India.
Yes you can if you have valid work authorization
Were you writing the nca and your Llm at the same time? Please I have a lot of questions is there any way I can talk to you directly? Thank you
I'll get my llb degree next year from an indian law college, can i write the nca & bar papers right away or i need to have some kind of experience in indian courts
You don't need legal experience to apply for an NCA assessment. As long as you have a qualifying law degree, you should be fine.
Thank you from Bangladesh
Thank you for watching!
What is reference number of NCA which we will send to university ?
Did you complete your LLB from University of London International Programme? If so didn't you face any issues with the NCA since it's a distance learning program?

Good and are you practising?
Yes! I am a Canadian Immigration Lawyer :)

Hi.. Can you get a paralegal job or in house counsel job in Canada without giving the licensing exams basis NCA Certificate of Qualification?
