Do we need to read all of the textbook references or would it suffice to just read the caselaw referred to in Syllabus, read the Syllabus, watch the Craig Forcese videos and do practice questions?

In El Salvador we don´t have Pre-Law Education then after high school you can go to the Law School during five years more six months of internship into the court, and then you can required to Supreme Court oh Justice your credential to become Lawyer.

I have done my LLB via Graduate entey route (i-e 2 years) external program from University of London. I also hold a Master and MPhil degree in Economics which I obtain in person. What would to best option for me? Should I get complete exemption in NCA? Or have to do LLM? If I opt for LLM then whether, there is any university which provides fully funded Scholarship for international Student? I want to migrate to Canada with my family. Hi, your video is really helpful for the NCA preparations. Thank you! Do you know if the completion of paralegal program in Ontario would be also helpful for the NCA challenge exams? As I see that many subjects provided under the paralegal program are quite similar with those under NCA exams. I am also wondering after completion of all the NCA exams, what would the chances of securing an articling placement be like? Some said that it seems quite subtle, you know, that the law firms prefer hiring those candidates who graduated from law schools. But it depends, anyway.

The video had the presents her view about the downside to being a foreign lawyer in Canada. It is her observations that foriegn lawyer's are likely be discriminated against on 3 stereotypes: 1. That foreign trained lawyer's without Canadian education are less suitable for roles in law firms. 2. That foreign trained lawyers with education from a country with other than english as their first language, aren't equipped to interact in English at a professional pedestal. 3. That foreign trained lawyer's are new to the northern American culture of sheer politeness, euphemism, and political correctness, as sure will find it difficult to fit in.
