    Dry Ghormeh Sabzi mix I like to use:

    Instant Pot setting and time: use bean chili key, high pressure for 35 min, I would let it rest for 10 mins then manually release the steam after its done cooking. If its too watery turn on high saute for 10-15 mins and let rest for 10 mins.
    Ingredients:
    2 oz dry Ghormeh Sabzi mix ( 2oz by weight or 2 cups by volume)
    1 onion
    2-2.5 cups water, just need to cover the mix
    1 lb stew beef or sirloin ( can use lamb but cooking time might need to be a bit longer)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2-3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp turmeric
    4 Garlic cloves
    2 tsp dry coriander
    2 dry limes ( add more if you like sour, or add 3/4tsb of lime juice)
    1.5 cups of pinto or kidney beans ( sock over night)
