Its crazy how hard a person can train, all the hours, dedication and sacrifice. Then with one single well placed punch all was for nothing. Respect to all those who compete. No sport out there is as hard as combat sports! Also huge respect to the coaches who pass on their knowledge to the younger generation and help keep the sports going.
