Kobe DEFINITELY deserves a statue in front of Staples Center
no way ...he deserves one at every single arena and call me in the moment or what ..kobe was special ..Michael was good on the court but Michael didn't achieve what Kobe did ...let me clarify ..Michael sucked at poker ...he sucks as a general manager ...he sucked as a baseball player ...Kobe was an Oscar winner and succeeded
@Angela Burke thats not a bad idea...im PRETTY sure they working something out
@@teem1653 yea i agree
Tee M Mike also sold a lot of sneakers, earned a lot of ballers a lot of money and is the only former player to own a team. He is far in a way the most successful former player. I don’t see what you gain by trying to tear down MJ to honor Kobe. They were both great, and I’ll likely cry during Kobe’s hall of fame inauguration this year. And he definitely deserves a statue at staples.
Dwayne Baxter he will
I can’t stop watching all these Kobe videos, I’m so stressed man
I’m with you man, I don’t want to forget his memory.
I know especially the 2003 affair
Ricardo Cortez Douch bag
Lil champ Cash 💰
RealTalk309 Tell your children one day and pay your respects. Then let it be and celebrate his life
More than Basketball, he’s a part of us. Rest in Peace K.B and G.B
A legend in every sense of the word. rest in peace Kobe Bean Bryant
Zenigundam not the point
1:07 Kobe talking about Jerry West as he scores on Phil Jackson
Rest in peace to the man who would least likely just “rest”
Not just one of the greatest basketball players ever, but one of the greatest basketball minds PERIOD. You can't help but to be intrigued by the way he breaks down and dissects everything that made the past greats before his time so special. He had so much more knowledge to share with the world... he wasn't done... gone too soon... Rest In Power, Kobe
He loved basketball so much man, he speaks of it so passionately everytime.
True masters never stop learning.
He’s so easy to admire
Man, even today in May of 2022, my eyes are tearing up after I realize that this man is gone! When I listen to him talking like this I feel like I knew him. It’s difficult to wrap mind around this stuff, even if we lost him physically,he still lives in our hearts and he is immortal!
He was wrong about the game being bigger then him. Kobe was and will always be bigger then the game!

Typical Kobe fan bs. Kobe was never close to MJ and after Lebron won a ring in Cleveland, he passed Kobe too. So Kobe's boyfriends have to exaggerate the *_Mamba mentality_* nonsense.
@@blackphillip564 i dont remember anyone asking for ur opinion?
@@blackphillip564 you have no idea how globaly popular kobe was especially in asia and europe despite him.not having media drumbeaters when he was playing.
Black Sheep lebron lost 6 times in the finals, lmao
GiGi was gone be special man she was Kobe all over 😓😭😭
Kobe was a rare individual. Such a brilliant mind and approach to the game. This kind of mindset, talent and work ethic in one person only comes along once in a great while. That mindset, that obsession is why he is not only a legend but a great teacher and capable of doing anything he really wanted to do.
true student of the game. He was also a willing teacher consistently making effort to pass on his knowledge to the next generation. still can't believe he's gone..
It said 24 seconds ago 😥
I loved seeing the evolution of Kobe not just as a player but especially as a person from an arrogant and cocky somewhat unlikable teenager to the humble and Reverend and deferring adult that was so wise and inspired that we saw him become. He grew as much as a person as much as anyone I have ever seen in the public eye. Most people that are celebrities when you first see them they are what they are and they don’t really change much if anything they become crazier more arrogant more secluded and isolated and eccentric Kobe just became more wise and more like an every man that was truly likeable and lovable in many ways. You’ll be missed
Rest in peace Kobe Bryant one of the best basketball players ever you will truly be missed and to everyone that lost their life as well rest in peace
Rest in paradise, I'll try to score 81 points in his memory🙏🏾
We miss you KOBE!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I Think about him every second and I don't belive this is real
Me.too💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💜💛
his my best nba player of all time kobe I will never forget you brother rest in peace you and your daughter my friend 😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪
Kobe was a true student of the game it amazes me how he always gave us his secrets, he’s a legend personified. The game of basketball will never be the same, Kobe was the last of a dying breed. We just don’t get fundamental basketball anymore he understood the game inside the paint like no other.
This dude knows his stuff when it comes to basketball.
Anyone else in that seat would've been like "idk how they did that, cool move, they shoot good"
Really...🙄
It’s also sad because he had secrets that will now never be revealed
Well besides him cheating on his wife we all know that secret
vildana9 just shut up
vildana9 you don’t need to worry because you won’t get cheated on since you will never be in a relationship with someone.
vildana9 be quiet girl!🤬
@@razer_darkness1452 And they got back together. Was that staged or something?
This feels like a nightmare that you can't wake up from Rest in peace Kobe #824
Rest In Peace to Kobe but 0:26 Ayoooo!!!!
All the biggest rappers from the 90's and 00's should get together and make a colab for KOBE. This man deserves so much after wat he's done for us as Laker fans I love you bro heaven just got another warrior 😢
@Roger Smith not the 90's and early 00's rappers. That's why I specifically said those generations
kobe, the greatest student of the game 🏀
Kobe was great on the court partly because he was a basketball scholar off the court. True Icon.
Heroes come and go, but Legends are forever. Rest In Peace Mamba:(
watching this made me realize how much i miss him. he wasn't just another celebrity, he was inspiring
10 years old, throwing ya trash in the trash when the teacher looks away
Kobe... Bucket
I always used to do Kobe’s little shimmy shake as well before I shot it
Raz facts!!
When your young and wise you are able to see that there things bigger than self. From his mouth the game is bigger than me. Brilliant!! I'm not a fan of Jordan but I realized I could learn from him. Marvelous statement. Respect is big with me cause I'm old school can u dig it??? Bias con Dios KOBE & GIANNA🙏🙏🙏
Learning from the past!🔥🔥
Awesome Video. Kobe was legend on and off the Court, his mind for the game is what set him apart.
Also, Jackie is great too. Recently had a chance to meet her with some friends in Boston, she was super nice and even in the brief conversation just oozes knowledge and enthusiasm for sports. She asked us about our high school sports, and what it was like for my friend who was apart of my schools State Championship football team. Glad to have met her and love to see a video with her and Kobe together
His focus and intensity is second to none even in an interview he's trying to see if he missed something he can learn.
This is how one of the real Goats honors the greats that came before him. You watchin Bron?
Tough for us as a fan, imagine the family. My condolences to the family, and I wish the family get the needed comfort and healing for their hearts.
Mamba forever.
Kobe LeBron and the best in almost any walk of life is a student of the game who loves the era(s) before them and takes something from everyone to try and implement in their game.
it feels like he's still here today..
Student of the game
The work he put in was “all about the game. It’s bigger than me.” We’d all benefit to apply that mentality to whatever we pursue.
Simply a Man who was inspired by the past to eventually have the future be inspired by him.
Man I could watch this all day, 60s was the peak of basketball
lmao no it wasnt.. it was like primitive basketball.
LONG LIVE #MAMBA !!!
This is going to make me cry🥺
He gave. And they didn't deserve nor appreciate it.
Rest In Peace Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant.
Great moves Kobe Bryant 8-24
You’ve done us proud Kobe
We love you Kobe.
Ladies and gentlemen what you really should watch is the Tracy McGrady interview on the jump. I think that's the best person to tell you who Kobe was. You'll understand when you watching it.
I will Never believe he is gone man never
How many guys today are gonna go back and watch Oscar, Jerry, Elgin, and other legends, and not only apprectiate them, but take from them and learn? Kobe was a bridge between eras, a true student of the game. He took techniques and advice from other eras and utilized them to add to his own abilities, and I worry that that aspect will be lost or diminished with him.
How many players today would attempt to give Bi11 Russell a call to pick his brain? Who's gonna reach out to Kareem, to Dr. J, or any legend before MJ was on top for that matter?
Staples Center should become the Kobe Bryant Stadium
If you ask me that would be appropriate. In fact you should call it the Bryant Center
Farewell kobe💓💓💓
The NBA logo should be him now. Jerry would agree.
Felipe Murillo because of how he died and what he has done for the game and the world just in general
Please if we change the NBA logo let it be kobe ... there is so much symbolism to have him be fhe face of the nba at this point man.
Its beyond his stat sheet.
And sadly this may be the only thing he will have to cement his name permanently in basketball history .... people already try him and say hes not top 10 although in terms of skill he is way better than almost everyone over all skill wise.
So yeah there are already petitions going around i hope you guys agree because to have kobe be the face will be so good for the business of the nba in terms of marketing and for the image of what the NBA is all about ... its bigger than basketball and that is such an inspirational thing to know the face of the league was as impactful to life as kobe was.
I called out of work today,my boss ask me if everything was ok I said no the world just lost a legend 😥😪
G Q 😢😢🙏🏾
I thought I was crazy for taking the day off of work, but it feels good to know that I'm not alone😪😥😢😭
@@rogu3tharonin Couldn't go to work either today. Awful day, just so sad.
Happy birthday Kobe
This what being a student of the game means.
A lot of people don’t realize Kobe modeled his game after jerry west Elgin Baylor and Oscar Robertson
Kobe is The G.O.A.T.
Everyone forgets that magic Johnson got all his moves as he has said from Pete maravich the greatest player
Hard to believe this man isn’t out there enjoying life with his family 😢
MAMBA MENTALITY
This generation of basketball players that are playing in the league and overseas are all inspired by Kobe!!
Great nba iq and great scorer and player
2:55 "i wasn't a fan of his" but he always watched jordan films and copying all his moves as Tmac said. We miss you Black Mamba! you're the jordan of our era!
It pains me so much knowing that we lost such a basketball savant. The amount of knowledge and insight he has on the game is uncanny as a student of the game.
Seriously I was already sad just from him retiring him dying just crushed me
The timing on this
That was enjoyable.
8-24🙏
To the people that disliked this video... Shame.
No way this was a 4 min video this felt like 10 mins?
KOBE
Still not hitting me. Still in shock
Kobe is the kakashi of the NBA😂
💔💔😭😭
Hey, just because they were the first one to do it, doesn't mean they the only one that can 🤷♂
Kobe should be the logo
Devastating
so all this time people been saying Kobe was a huge mj fan when he grew up liking magic and eventually went on to mold his game after mj because he wasn’t 6’9 like magic I can’t believe people lie like that
What’s crazy is not being a fan but becomes a carbon copy. I will always love Kobe. .
Our people are really special and talented but I just dont understand why we give this great knowledge to unworthy people. They dont deserve it. This should be given to one like unto yourself who is willing to work as hard, who is as talented and has that attentionnto detail. We give away our knowledge freely to people who dont do the same, to thieves and oppressors
No joke, Kobe was Brad Pitt pretty.
Make Kobe the LOGO
I think every NBA away team should hang Kobe Bryant away jersey up on the opposite side of the Arena not just Kobe LeBron and Michael Jordan iconic people that came to they Arena knowing ur team was about to get killed. I'm not talking for every super star that played the game I'm talking about that dominant player the rival player that people love to hate
My stomach hurts 😩
the Good thing about Kobe is that he did not claim he is best basketball player to ever play in the league.
Doesn't seem real, I don't think it will ever sink in because his Mamba spirit lives in so many.
You know you're going to have Jordan fans come on here and say Kobe copy jordan, even though Jordan copied all his moves from other greats and saying Kobe wanted to be like Jordan, which is a lie, this video is for you allruclips.net/video/3YsENSlsSXQ/видео.htmlsi=FQOwu7gcsD95Tdlz
This is Kobe Bryant breaking down great NBA signature moves, at 2:49 Kobe talks about Jordan, it talks about who his favorite player was growing up, and it was not Jordan. 8 /24
This is a video for all you Jordan fans , that keep saying, Kobe wanted to be like Jordan, first NBA player Kobe wanted to be like was Magic Johnson , don't be afraid to go watch the video , watch the whole thing but at 2:49 Kobe talks about Jordan ruclips.net/video/3YsENSlsSXQ/видео.htmlsi=KsLF3QXPHsPhCu2n
Cant believe he has been killed
Somebody did this
I saw they had the FBI investigating the crash. That low key should raise flags
Kobe deserves a statue INSIDE STAPLES!!!! ONE INSIDE ONE OUTSIDE #8 #24
100,075th !
I always tell people this when they tried to say Kobe Copied MJ of course he did he took moves from all of the greats he had a baby sky hook he could do a dream shake he had the fsde away he literally modeled his game every everyone
