It's been 6 months so far, and I have radically changed for the better across all aspects of life. My marriage has improved, productivity at work has increased, the state of my home is now immaculate, finance has increased, diet has improved etc.

During my first year in affiliate marketing business, I struggled a lot that it came to the point of giving up because I have many fears in me. Yet, I continued my journey and conquer those fears that stop and pulls me down. Through those experiences that I’ve been, I slowly getting those dreams that I want to be like a successful entrepreneur, good leader, and a great mentor! And right now, I still want to stretch and extend my comfort zone and will continue to face and embrace the fears in life. Dan, you are brilliant!

I was so scared of rejection and people getting upset with me that I avoided sales for a long time. However, I knew I was good at talking and could learn. So finally, I stepped up and took a sales job at an insurance company. Im sitting (well pacing), taking calls, getting rejected all day but still the top seller. Hopefully this will lead to bigger things and right now, I have a lot more to learn.

    Hello, Mr. Lok.
I've been watching your advice videos here on youtube for about 3 days now, and the advice you've given here seems, to me, to be not just about being a good businessman, but being a confident and capable individual in general. I admit I was nervous about leaving a comment here knowing that you might read it. That said, I'm stepping outside my comfort zone right now.
Thank you, Mr. Lok, for making these videos, as, to me at least, they seem to be things that could help you not just in business, but in life. Also, I was able to use what you had said in these videos to finally figure out how to bridge some things that I'd learned to the rest of the world outside where I learned them. I've been a student of Isshin Ryu Karate Do for two and a half years, and the things that you said in your videos remind me of things that my sensei had told me (things like "keep a humble student mindset", as you said in your one video, keep telling yourself, and realize, the phrase, "I don't know shit, because if I did, why am I not rich/strong/successful?", and other things like that to keep your ego from getting in the way, learning to read people for the sake of a good conversation and where their eyes move and how; from what I've been taught, it applies in a sparring match, and according to what you have shown in your videos, conversations as well. Also, one must learn to avoid being scammed and that scams go on all the time; I have been scammed by others, and your advice from the video on being scammed may help me not be scammed as easily in the future).
So again, thank you, Mr. Lok. Even if I don't become a multi-millionaire businessman, I believe I have gained something from these videos of yours.

I don't usually comment, but giving that you just said some truth here, I am doing something different today, commenting and not only reading comments. Another way of putting this down is "Always do the things that are the most emotionally difficult to do", I heard it from another self development channel which I don't remember the name of now.
We have to get used to failure and see it as the real opportunity to learn and grow 💪

You have to get your hands dirty if you want to change for the better.

I grew up in a male dominated society so every time I come up with some ideas, I get looked down upon. I, then, felt discouraged. I am a 50 year old person still living pay check to pay check, one pay check away from being homeless. I watch one of your videos and you said, “if you don’t have money, how can you invest?” So, I have decided to go out of my comfort zone and work 7 days a week. Understanding that everything that I want in life is beyond my comfort zone is what did it for me. Recently, like 2-3 weeks ago, I started doing things that made my uncomfortable, practicing areas of driving that I was bad at, studying the road test, then eventually passing it. When I got my license I decided to take it up a notch and drove to another state(Minneapolis, Minnesota to Chicago, Illinois) which was a big change for me. Then I decided to do other things that I've never done before, scared the living shit out of me but it worked. Everything you desire is outside of your comfort zone and if something makes you uncomfortable, I must move in that direction. It's life's hint that you need to grow and move in that direction. When you do that consistently, you get better and life starts to reward you by doing those things.

This is really inspirational. This is is some real good advice, a hundred times more motivational than those "motivational" stuff out there that actually don't mean shit but only makes you emotional by putting a dramatic music on some dramatic footage and narrating an overly dramatic speech.

I love this! I'm not a super self confident person but since my teens I have pushed myself to be and do more than I feel comfortable doing. Thank you, Dan, for the reminder that nothing great ever came from comfort zones! You're extremely inspiring to me and I want to say thank you for creating and sharing so much information online!

I have an 8hr job i also do real estate and life insurance as a side job but not earning a lot because i dnt have enough time to deal with clients. Recently i was offered a 4hr job but the salary is the same as my 8hr job plus commission however its not established yet. Its a new company. I was very hesitant to resign because i was scared very scared this one might not work and i might end up going back to my old job. I love all yout videos and I watch at least one of your video every day despite of my busy schedule. Your videos work for me. They all.make sense to me. Thank you for this. Though i get butterflies in my stomache now after watching your video but i will do it!!! Thank you for this! One day i will meet you and thank you personally.

That's good, Saad. By thinking outside the box, you can generate good ideas, and most people don't know how to do that. If you want more of Dan's secrets to think outside the box and think like a millionare, I encourage you to pre-order his brand new book with Forbes -- orderdansnewunlockitbook.danlok.link

You are right being in ones comfort zone is like not liking change. It’s been hard for me but I have faced change for several years now. And what got me out of it was a tragedy in my family. A very bad one. It made me face things in my life that I needed to change. And so far I have been successful in several changes but I have to fight my way thru the big ones. I see the more I fight to get to the change the stronger I feel moving forward.
