12:16 Had a 2" rail ding by the fin box "repaired" by a surf shop and they took the whole edge off (about 16" long). I didn't realized at the time I picked up my board from the shop until I surfed it. It just didn't feel the same at all anymore. Beware of poor repair jobs when it comes to edges!

Even the very best shapers can't make a board that feels identical to another. Why I don't know but it's how magic boards exist, it's sometimes in production boards.

Devon, to loose hand shaping completely, as well as letting everybody only rely on Computers, We will eventually ruin the craft as a whole.
