140 thousand for this is ridiculous it’s what we call a bedsit one room with everything in, I would rather keep my money in the bank and rent because at these prices I’m surprised they sell anything. This is probably the worst property I’ve seen when you think you can spend another two hundred thousand and get a villa with private pool, these condos and apartments in Thailand are overpriced you can get better in Spain and the cost of living is just as cheap so will be looking closer to home.

But you’re not in Miami, find data in the building for recent sales and particularly how much Thais are paying for similar units, that way you can make an informed decision

Anyone who finds this condo in poor condition, with a lousy room layout and a third-rate kitchen to be reasonably priced probably deserves no less.
That's a nice condo. I like it. I like large studios. Good location abd excellent views. But the price is too expensive
