These are poorly designed condos, I'm sorry to say. Whoever heard of having a dining room in the living room? There isn't any living room unless you move the dining table and set up a couch and chair. You have the BR, LR/DR and kitchen all crammed in the same area. Who would pay a boatload of money to feel squeezed inside a one room for everything condo? I hate to be critical, but using a sliding glass wall to separate the BR and DR is not elegant.

Pratumnak is closer to Pattaya The Route is up the Park hill pass the Unixx Condoi at the End of 2nd Rd Its closer than Soi 5 immigration in Jomtien But Understand this The nearest baht bus from that bldg you have to Walk back up the Hill from the Condo then past Tara court to 2nd Road Jomtien Otherwise you will need (spend more of your retirement saving$ on a motorbike or car ) And Keep in mind Youre Driving in a Drinking Partying City , so be careful with your decisions Where you live as you age Don't Let cheap drinking & cheap Pss? influence your decisions Be smart There is No Level 1 Trauma center Over there There is No real Major shopping There's a Mini BigC further down near beach & Sands Cafe .

One should say the Condo floor and total area several times before even entering the condo .. also when talking about a good investment, give some reasons why it is a good investment, like the rental rate of this condo. Also, please mention the surroundings, especially if there is any possibility of obstructing your view by a new high-rise building in the coming days. Plenty of condo statuses fall the moment another condo blocks its views.
