Hello 👋🏼 Maddie! The Butterfly Moon Snail 🐌 is Absolutely Stunning 😍 😮 The Lynx is my other top favorite today! So beautiful 🤩 and you are having a wonderful hunt so far!!! What an adorable Green Sea Urchin 😍 My other favorites were the Periwinkle Snails, the Eroded Cowry and the baby Hebrew Cone!! What awesome finds! Thanks for taking us all along!! I’m counting down for my Marco Island, FL trip!!! Take Care my friend! TTFN 👋🏼 ❤
G'day Mimi 👋🏻💖 The Butterfly Moon Snail was certainly the highlight in this adventure 🤩 it's not every day that I see one of those! The Lynx Cowrie is certainly a lovely shell species too, I was very lucky to come across it. Actually, this whole day was quite lucky with the sea urchin find, as well as the beautiful microshells and cowries too. Oh yes, that Blue Periwinkle has been a favourite of yours in the past, too, hasn't it! It's a cutie!! My goodness Mimi, when is your next Marco Island trip? Yes, no doubt you are counting down the days to that big trip 😲 and once again, thank you so much for watching 🥰 and for your patience in getting back to your beautiful comments ❤️
How dare you dropping the operculum! Just kidding!!! 😂 That lynx cowrie was beautiful! 🤎 Loved the little sea urchin, cardigan shells and flat. 💗💗💗 My favorite today was the butterfly 🦋🦋🦋 snail! My 2nd favorites were the carrier shell (of course) and the drupe shell. Wonderful adventure today Maddie! Thank you!!! 🥰🥰🥰
G'day Pam 👋🏻💖 Haha, ahhh, those Operculums are everywhere lately, but most have been broken!! They're not very strong "shells" despite being incredibly thick. I loved the sea urchin, and wow, I'm glad the unusual flat caught your eye as well. The Butterfly Moon Snail really was the best 🐌 I wish I found them more often. Same with the Carrier Shells as well; why are they so uncommon to find?!!! Haha anyhoo, maybe I just need to check the wracklines for them more often. Thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Amjad 👋🏻💖 Hehe, I think you picked the two best shells with the Butterfly Moon Snail and the Yellow-toothed Cowrie with the incredible purple base! Thank you so much for watching 🥰
Good afternoon Maddie, great shells today. Love that butterfly moon. Of course I love my oyster shells and the carditas. Congratulations on the lynx cowrie. The flat scallop is lovely. My favorite lined bubble alive. So sweet and beautiful. I do enjoy the limpets as well. Adorable urchin all ready for you. 😂 I really do adore the juvenile cowrie shells. I'd have been disappointed if hadn't found the Wentletrap 😂. The tropical periwinkle is very lovely. I do enjoy the nerites, and drupes. Love the name you gave your bucket. The bucket of chaos. What and awesome name for a RUclips channel. You'd better patent that one 😂😂. Thank you Maddie for sharing as usual. Can't wait for the next one.
G'day Roberta! This adventure was really packed with shells; it was a very interesting and lucky trip! The funny shapes on those oyster shells make every single one unique. The Lynx is nice, but I do wish it was in a little better condition... still, beggers can't be choosers!! I'm so glad that you liked seeing the live Brown-Lined Paper Bubble snail; they sometimes come out during overcast days like this, but they're typically a nocturnal animal. Haha, I think I sometimes take those Wentletraps for granted; sometimes they are more common than I think they should be! Ahhh the nerites, I really so like these shells even though they're seemingly forgotten by a lot of the others shellers around the world. Ohhhh the buckey of chaos is what I usually call my black Hervey Bay bucket... and yesss it's totally a great name for a shelling channel or a musical band or something, heheh! Once again Roberta, thank you so much for watching!
Hello Maddie 👋🌊 My favourite shell today is the shell that like to collect shells, the carrier shell. Special mention to the little Hebrew shell, the music cone, and butterfly moonsnail.
G'day Oceanluvn Gal 👋🏻🌊💖 Haha, I forgot to mention that; I also wanted to use your line about the shelling shell 🐚🤣 the Carrier Shell really is so close to our hearts. I like your special mentions; I forgot to point out the little cones again when I was wrapping up. I did like that Butterfly Moon Snail too 🤩 Thanks for watching 🥰
Hello from Wisconsin USA, i love it when you look for mini's. I would have to be dragged away from plopping down next to a pile of shells, keep up the great videos your my favorite to watch.
G'day Jeffrey 👋🏻🐚 Hello to you in Wisconsin 😲 The minis are so much fun; the time flies while checking a good pile! It's mostly washed away now, but it will be back again in a week or two 😂 Haha, who would drag you away; I'm sure your family would leave you and go out to dinner without you! Aww thank you so much for saying so ❤️ some of my adventures are better than others, and you landed on a good one this time!! Thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Susan 👋🏻💖 Aw snap, I though I might have made you fall in love with the last minute Music Cone and Hebrew Cone 🤣 but that Butterfly Moon Snail is too eye-catching, isn't it? Thanks for watching 🥰
Hi Maddie, hope all good with you. The lynx cowrie was a nice find. Always love a drupe shell! The purple coral very pretty. That carrier was very cute. Lovely final display. ❤xxx
G'day Alison 👋🏻💖 Oh yes, I'm doing great with a bit of sunny weather lately! It feels like it's finally clearing up after months of rain. The Lynx Cowrie was nice from this video, but I do think that a few other stood out a little better - like that Drupe! My goodness, thank you for your kind words once again, and thanks for watching 🥰
Hi Maddie, I kno I've been missing in action but I'm back. I only have 1 favorite and it is the Butterfly Moon Snail. I hope that you and ninja are doing great. Sending you my love from the states. Plz be safe and stay healthy ❤❤❤❤❤❤
G'day Sheila 👋🏻💖 Oh my goodness, you never need to apologize for something like that!! I don't expect anyone to comment regularly; just if you want to! Many people choose not to, and that's more than fine as well. How are you doing? I was starting to wonder if life threw you a few speed bumps. I won't pry, but take care as well 🙏🏻 And as for the shells from this video; that Butterfly Moon Snail was a fabulous fella, wasn't it!! Thank you so much for watching 🥰 PS Ninja is still going strong; she will be sweet 16 next March 😲 but acts like a cat half her age! Hope you and the kitties (or cats now?) are doing good too ❤️
Wow the lynx cowrie is SO nice and that butterfly moon wow! Such lovely shells this trip 😍 Amazing as always! Happy shelling indeed 🐚 oh and that live (bubble I think) was amazing to see-so pretty!
G'day Roxan~ The Lynx Cowrie was a really cool find; they don't pop up all the often! I think that Butterfly Moon Snail is just as rare... you're quite lucky to find a similar looking Gaudi Nautica where you are; they are just so beautiful as well. Thank you so much for watching another big adventure :D and yes, the live bubble is extremely beautiful; they're usually nocturnal, but you can sometimes see them on overcast days like this!
G'day Jan 👋🏻💖 The Butterfly Moon Snail is a really special shell find 🤩 definitely a beautiful rarity! My gosh, thank you; I sometimes wonder if I sound like a "know it all" when I say stuff about shells...I barely know enough to call myself decently educated about some of what I find! Anyhoo, thank you so much for watching 🥰
G'day Melissa 👋🏻💖 That Butterfly Moon Snail is very eye-catching, isn't it! I think I was quite lucky to find it first 😁 it's THE favourite moon snail for me to find; other moons snails can't touch this one is beauty! I guess it's like comparing Shark Eyes to Gaudy Nauticas 😉 one is definitely prettier than the other! Thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Anne 👋🏻🏖️ This was a good day with a lot of different things to find 😲 I think the Lynx was only about the usual size for this species...though, i have found smaller ones before, but I just don't find enough to really have a better idea 🤣 Ahhh it's written "Nerite" and some people pronounce the "er" as "ear 👂🏻" instead, but I like how I say it 😂 but yeah, it does sound like "nurite" now that you mention it 🤔 I do love the Chameleon Nerites, but there are also some really fabulous other species of Nerites here and around the world that don't get enough love 😁 Thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Judi 👋🏻🏖️ Gosh, I'm super glad that you like the minis!! I don't find a lot of big shells in my part of the world; they're smaller than they look on camera here, so I'm super thrilled that you like them. Thank you so much for watching 🥰
G'day Green Thumb Gardener 👋🏻☘️ Haha, those hermit crabs really do choose the more unusual and rarer shell species...I think they compete on finding the most impressive homes?? They're such fashion divas!! Thanks for watching 🥰
Another great day 🎉 List of my fav today: 1. Butterfly moon snail 2. Prickly-spotted drupe 3. Migrating moonsnail 4. All the nerites Btw,am i the only one who think shelling/ beachcombing same like workout?😂 Thanks for a good video Maddie 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
G'day Nelly 👋🏻💖 This really was a fun trip with a lot of shells to find! Hehe, I knew you'd like that Butterfly Moon Snail 🐌 it's such a pretty shell!! The Prickly Spotted Drupe is a favourite this time too 😲 and the Migrating Moon Snail as well! Oh what the Nerites make the list too? Awesome 😎 Oh and yes, shelling is definitely like a workout; it tires me out after a few hours of moving my body 😅 Thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Matthew 👋🏻💖 Wow, hello to you over here!! So the little Sea Urchin was your favourite; have you ever found one? The Lynx Cowrie, Beans, and Nerites are wonderful as well... I hope you find some on your next shelling adventure too! Thank you so much for watching 🥰
@@MATTHEWLAWRENCEP.PANLILIO wow, you find Lynx Cowries 😲 I almost never see them, so you are very lucky!! A lot of Sea Urchin species eat sea grass and sea kelp...so if your beach doesn't have a sea grass forest, then you won't find any 🤔 I wonder if you can travel to a different beach with a different environment to find some? Sometimes you just need to get lucky, though! Thanks again 😁
G'day Bonnie Julien 👋🏻🏖️ I was certainly surprised...mostly because I was watching the rain radar and saw a massive rain belt coming towards the beach; but somehow it never arrived 😲 lucky! Thanks for watching 🥰
Hello Maddie, Great video. Love the Lynx Cowrie and the Butterfly Moon Snail. Where are all the Arabian Cowries? Whe we were in Galveston, Texas I collected shells at the beach and took them to our hotel room and on the bed one hermit crab crawled away in his shell. Back to the ocean he went. 70 today and the 4 80's coming. It is not summer yet. Take care. MUCH LOVE 💘 TRUDY
G'day Trudy 👋🏻💖 The Lynx and Butterfly Moon Snail were nice uncommon finds 🤩 As for the Arabian Cowries, I have found very few lately; all very worn away or in bad condition. They are mostly alive under the rocks right now...with winter coming up, they will soon be food for the octopuses, and I will likely find some very nice fresh finds over the coning months. It still depends on my luck though, so I gotta keep my fingers crossed that I find them first! Sounds like some very nice days coming up for you with that weather forecast! As always Trudy, thank you so much for watching 🥰
i’m excited to go on a trip to miami this july ! i want to shell there so bad, but im scared too many other people will pick the beach bare and so i’ll be very disappointed with what i see.
G'day Alli 👋🏻🐚 It does come down to luck with the shells, sometimes! Don't be too worried and just enjoy a nice time in a new place 🏖️ and for getting to the beach...get there before everyone else does 🤣 not easy, but not exactly bad advice?? You'll do great 👍🏻 Thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Crimson Lizard 👋🏻🦎 I'm actually not sure...I also noticed it when I was editing the video, but I didn't see it on the day because I must've been looking over the camera at a higher vantage point. I think it was probably a piece of some kind of shell 🐚 the white spotty thing didn't look floppy enough to be a tentacle?? Still, I have no idea 😅 I didn't feel or see it on the day, though! Thanks for watching 🥰
