In a world where one in every 10 adults is diabetic and one in every 6 is obese, the importance of the Diabesity Pandemic cannot be understated. Yet, amidst these alarming statistics lies a profound revelation: our health and destiny are largely governed by our habits, deeply rooted in our subconscious minds. These habits, molded by family, culture, beliefs, and environment, lay the foundation for our future health.
But what if we could alter this trajectory? In this talk on Helath Wisdom, Dr. Kumar sheds light on the true essence of well-being. It's not just about mindful eating or regular exercise but also about mental, spiritual well-being, and consciousness engineering. This wisdom empowers us to bend our genes in our favor, tapping into the power of Epigenetics. Family history of diabetes? Through behavior change, you have the power to defy this predisposed fate.
For true success, one must lay its foundation on robust health. And as pillars of wealth, career, and family are erected, they stand resiliently. Dr. Kumar dreams of a future where our children, the leaders of tomorrow, prioritize health, adopting it as a way of life to mitigate the risks of lifestyle disorders.
Join him in reimagining a world where health, happiness, and success aren't mere destinations but continuous journeys, where every step is a commitment to holistic well-being. Diabetes is mainly caused by chronic elevated insulin, not genetics.
Keep your insulin at normal levels and you won't get diabetes.
    Sources of increased insulin:
    • Lack of sleep
    • Excessive long-session cardio
    • Chronic stress
    • Infection and injurry (inflammation
    • Overconsumption of carbohydrates (over 20g per day).
Take care of those factors (especially the sleep and carbs) and you can reverse existing Type II diabetes and prevent diabetes from developing.
