In this clip, Dallas Austin talked about writing most of the music for TLC and how strong his rapport in the studio was with T-Boz. Dallas explained how TLC's hit single "Creep" was based on his relationship and said that Chili, whom he has a child with, hid the pregnancy for nine months out of fear of what her family and the group would think.
Later, Dallas spoke on Left-Eye and the downward spiral she found herself on in the latter days of her life.

We can’t blame him, those girls stayed blaming others for their bad decisions. However, most of the stories I heard about her and Pac, makes me feel like they should’ve stayed away from each other. He didn’t seem to respect her, and she seemed to be smitten and listening to everything he said. They were both young and dumb as hell. Had they lived longer, they would’ve probably been good friends to each other once they matured.

And off subject but on....I luv TLC's song "It's Alright" it was supposed to be the lead single off of "Fanmail" but it was scrapped for whatever reason. Chilli is singing lead and Lisa does a rap. Try to find the version where they harmonize at the end doing the MJ adlibs.
