I love you're recipes! My dad is Persian and always made burgers similar to that. Its refreshing to get traditional Persian recipes and a new take on western dishes
Hi Henry, I made this lamb burgers and they were absolutely delicious! I used dried mint instead of fresh mint. I also cooked my burgers in my George Foreman for 3 minutes and they were perfect, juicy and very nicely seasoned. Thank you.so much. 🍔😋
I was thinking the same thing. I was confused. Lol! I was like--wait, no garlic, not even garlic powder? I had to rewind the video to make sure that I didn't miss it. I would add garlic too, either in the burger or in a sauce on top of the burger like Toum or garlic mayonnaise. :-D
Very good! 🍔🍔🍔🍔 I mix the chopped meat without gloves. I dislike the idea of tiny particles from the plastic gloves going into the food, and then in our bodies.
Why couldn’t you have your restaurant in London instead of down under. Ever thought of opening a branch here. Sumac is the spice I couldn’t remember the name of so thanks
I was going to make Adana for a BBQ next weekend, which can be a faff. This is using similar ingredients and seems a lot easier. Lets do this ! I would use parsley over mint though.
“If you don’t like mint” you mean there’s others who don’t like mint? I thought it was just me 😹 that’s why I’m trying to make my own because every store that sells lamb burgers, they’ve always got mint in them and it’s bloody infuriating lmao

I’ll keep it in mind!
@@HenrysHowTos Henry you would make an awesome Torturer !
Looks fantastic, the only addition i would make is garlic, or use garlic hummus.

Very good! 🍔🍔🍔🍔 I mix the chopped meat without gloves. I dislike the idea of tiny particles from the plastic gloves going into the food, and then in our bodies.
Looks awesome, wondering if there's a reason the cheese wasn't put on the patty for more "meltyness"...
Best alternative for SUMAC pls.. Ty
Mmmm thanks for that. I'll be adding some crumbled Australian Riverina full cream Fetta to my mix and a splash of Cornwell's mint sauce 👍🤤🇦🇺
Now that’s a proper lamb burger 🍔
Do u toast the bun is the hummus home made
I do toast the bun. Yes it’s my homemade hummus
Do you have other sauces (if there's no hummus available) that could go well with the lamb patty?
Was just reading your bio, your a man of all trades plus you can cook wow not many of you around lol
The best tasting burger ever, simply sublime, I know, I have just made and eaten this explosion of taste.
What is the fat ratio please?
TIA
I was all set to do this but you mention letting the flavors meld and I agree, so this will be tomorrows dinner. We're hungry now!

Consider adding yellow lights and using less florescent; it will make the videos much more elegant. And thanks for the great recipes bro.
Amazing recipe Henry, can’t wait to try it out. Was wondering how long one can store the patty mixture in the fridge/freezer?
Hello from India...What can be substituted for sumac,,,as we don't get that in India.,,.Nice recipe..
Looks amazing I can't wait to try Thank you, for sharing Henry, :-)
Mint ruins lamb for me.
Why couldn’t you have your restaurant in London instead of down under.
Ever thought of opening a branch here.
Sumac is the spice I couldn’t remember the name of so thanks

You are the best
I reckon some garlic mayonnaise would be great with that.
I can’t find sumac… can I skip that?
Can these be cooked in the oven? I’m assuming so but I should ask before I potentially ruin my burgers 😹
Looks awesome!
A video showing how to make that bread would be great
No garlic habib?
this man knows how to season meat.
Can you write, what ingredient you are using.
I always write all ingredients in the video description 🙏
Interesting, I powder only the lamb mince. Rest place on top fresh. :)
Henry can you make the recipe for Iraqi Shawarma? It's a little different to the Lebanese Shawarma. Would love to see it.
thx
Omg. Now I'm hungry
Gordan Ramsay be like: WHERE'S THE LAMB SAUCE AND ITS FU*****G OVERCOOKED.
Hi Henry,
Are the meat served in your restaurant halal?
Of course he's Muslim
It's seems delicious, but maybe better put the cheese on hamburgare, so it smelts on it, and taste more better.
“If you don’t like mint” you mean there’s others who don’t like mint? I thought it was just me 😹 that’s why I’m trying to make my own because every store that sells lamb burgers, they’ve always got mint in them and it’s bloody infuriating lmao
The bread crunches so seductively. 🤤
Now look at that
ممكن الوصفة بالعربي💐
Yummy food where's mine 😋 😜
It’s waiting for you!
Recipe looks good man, but the cheese should go on the warm patty to melt a little bit :(
also, nice beard!
Try marjoram instead of mint.
Привет Henry,вы армянин,you armenian boy? Thnk you

The meat to bread ratio feels off to me. There is more bread than meat

Spice. I didn't know about it. I googled it. I've never tried it myself. Amazon sells it. I am sure some grocery stores sell it as well.
Kinda overcooked if u ask me
I think you handled the meat to much
