I made this burger exactly as the recipe was written and let me tell you...OMG! It is delicious and full of flavor.😋 It was so good I can't stop thinking about it. 😃 This is so much better than a regular hamburger. You have to try this!
Yeah I’m having Christmas just me and my dog and I’m having goat burgers, following this recipe, swopping out feta cheese for halloumi cheese, the minced goat has been in my freezer since the summer a local cheese maker sells when it’s available, I don’t eat meat that much, so this will be a real treat I am so looking forward to❗️😋
Lamb isn’t one of my favorites but it is one of my hubby’s. We seldom get it to cook at home because, I am clueless on how to prepare it and since it’s a bit on the pricier side of groceries, I fear spending all that money and then ruining it. A few years back we were able to buy a pre-marinated lamb roast from a local store and I discovered that I don’t mind it as much as I used to if it’s prepared correctly. This video has inspired me to give it another try. Thank you!!
My hubby loves lamb, too. I like it, but I’m not crazy about the traditional roast dinner style of eating it. I like making curries, souvlaki or scotch broth instead.
I live in the north east and local farm lamb is $9 a pound. I was reluctant because of the price but Chef Billy's recipes always work well for me. So glad I splurged for this one.
Omg! Gyro burgers! Yes! Love ya man! On this tomorrow, got fresh ground today! (And yes I sub’ed because of this vid, algorithms just sent to me when I typed lamb burgers)
In your video, for the pickled onions, you say "1 Tbsp of sugar and 2 tsp of salt". But your recipe states 2 Tbsp sugar and 1 Tbsp salt. Which is correct?
I love lamb, but I want to pick up the burger and eat it like a sandwich. I couldn't fit that in my mouth. I'd need a knife and fork. Gordon Ramsay does that too. Makes burger so thick you can't fit them in your mouth. I'm sure its delicious.

The flavors in this burger are gonna be great. Can’t wait to try it!
Lamb is so good! Love the simplicity of this burger and yoghurt is the perfect accompaniment! Knocked it out of the park again.
I love that you're seasoning it like a kebab and using Tzatziki.
Tried it today. One of the best. Awesome flavors.
Awesome and thanks
Thanks for your recipe 🥰🥰

I just bought ground lamb!! Now, I'm excited to make this for Rosh Hashanah!! Looks fabulous!! Thank you for the recipe.
Love seeing sumac used, such an underrated seasoning. i prefer to add it more toward the end of cooking, flavour seems better to me that way
I’ve only ever had lamb chops or sliced lamb (Schwarma). Got to try this!!
This recipe was SO DELICIOUS definitely on rotation at our house

Made it today , oregano and sumac made it so much different in a good way
I did this recipe tonight. Fabulous! I couldn’t use an outside grill but a stove top one.
did the stove top work okay for u

The yogurt cucumber sauce makes it a gyro burger.
Got me over here melting in my seat
OMG! 😍
That's some good looking sausage.

Overcooked the lamb
I don't have that oven can i simple barbecue this?
I used a cast iron skillet on the stove top and it turned out great.
Probably better on a BBQ
bro made a shaburger
i dont have a grill is it okay if i just use my stove top?
Mint? We use rosemary in this house just like propane I tell ya h'wat
I will try this recipe minus the yucky feta cheese of course
You must have had some bad feta. It smells pungent but is really kind of mild.

It doesn't play!!!
that half pounder looks tiny
8 oz isn’t huge.
Why do people have to eat babies??
